I know there have always been dramas over video games, but it all seemed to intensify when The Last of Us Part II came out. It was the biggest shitshow ever, and since then, we keep seeing shit like this from time to time.
Also, people are upset about the wrong thing. I cannot believe game developers keep offering early access to games for a higher price. Diablo IV, what have you done?

So here’s my thoughts on the matter… In all other Assassins Creed games you play as a character who’s race makes total sense for the time period and location so why would you need to make a black man a samurai in Japan when you could literally just make an AC game in Africa! Which I would say sounds cool af if the AC games didn’t suck ass in the first place… 😂
I was honestly hyped for it at first because they made it seem like this guy was a genuine badass in a place that, historically, was pretty racist. When I found out that was BS and he was actually just some guys glorified slave that may or may not have fought once… at that point just say you’re virtue signaling make the character up!
Now the Japanese trailer got dislike bombed the most, I’m guessing it’s because again they made the charters the race you would expect in every game up until now which probably feels like a huge kick in the nuts to the Japanese who just wanted what everyone else got.
Anyway have a good one, you really made me think about this one lol
