It's weird because I personally saw he actually improved his form on all lifts considerably in these last few months, his approach to training is imo better and more effective than Chris' (no diss to Chris, it's just what I saw), but ego lifting lead him to this
I understand why lifters ego lift, sometimes we all feel inadequate and not enough so we try to make up for it by going beyond our limitations (not saying this is the reason why he ego lifted, but it's understandable, and sad)
