Royal Poinciana Bonsai Tree from seed. Delonix Regia. Flame tree. Flamboyant tree. One repotted

Update on my Flame trees grown from seed, they are now about 3 years old. Some of the video was shot in January but most of it is from April. All 5 trees are alive, one isn't doing all that great but I have hope.

How do you keep it from not growing taller. Should I cut leaves as they’re growing?

I think chopping it at the beginning of growing season is the best way.
