Hi Paul! I love what you did with the socks! I send them for your Christmas present, I love how they turned out, I ordered them off Amazon. Thanks for being you, your awesome! ❤
Enjoy watching your videos Paul. I’m an OTR truck driver and pass by DeKalb from time to time. You have such a great outlook on life that I wish more people would have. Anyway, keep up the good work.
Found a catalytic converter in the road a few years ago, threw it in my trunk, then behind the garage. It is still there (no alley, fenced in yard) and I recently found out how valuable they can be! Gonna be looking for them all the time now, starting a collection! BTW, love how you talk to the scrap!
I’ve been watching you for a very long time now and today I really noticed how much your packing skills have improved 😂 Also really glad you kept those lovely stools
You did real good on what you turned in on the weekend.I hope your church service goes well, coming up. I'm so happy you saved those bar stools. Hope they will go to a home that will get a lot of joy out of them. Thank you for the prayers.Needed it . Keep Safe❤Keep Well❤
Thank you Paul for the great and fun video. I have a friendly suggestion for you, since you passed up two garden hoses, cut the brass ends off with a knife. They do add up in weight.
That’s for taking me along Paul. Asking for prayers as my 14 year old family member struck and hit by a car and passed away. Hospice called my daughter in law and said her father won’t make it through the night. He has brain cancer only 60. Too much sadness for me. Bless you all.
Paul, you're an overgrown kid and it's wonderful! I love your commentary and narration and I find myself chuckling and I'm used regularly! Keep up the great work hand of God bless!
Coleman ice chests seem to sell well. It will be nice to see you 'saving' more goodies to sell at the flea market. All those garden tools, furniture and other fun stuff!
Scrap & Pallet Man You just didn’t know and that’s alright. When I was much younger man I was responsible for building lamps at a furniture factory from start to finish. I didn’t like it, but it was a job that the Lord blessed me with. It was a humble beginning, but God has been so good to me!!
Hi Paul, thank you for the vid, it made my day and as its my birthday today it was extra special to see you had a new vid 😁 so thank you. You had great stuff, loved the chairs. God bless you and your family, keep smiling xxx much love from the UK 🇬🇧
I saw the title of your video and just felt the need to comment: I know there are people who think that what you do isn't a real "job". I guess it's because you're not working for someone else, or at a job you get to complain to others about, or working ungodly hours for management who could care less if you're away from your family? You do what you love to do - you make a difference in your community and eco-system. You recycle items that would otherwise go into a landfill. You find joy in the concept of "reduce/reuse/recycle" and you get to make that happen in a real and meaningful way. You obviously have a love for people and you get to interact with new faces every day you go out. You work FOR YOURSELF. The only overhead is what you create for yourself. You set your own hours. If you want to spend a holiday with family, you CAN! Nobody to call and tell them you can't make it or scheduling issues. Some people might not see scrapping as a real job because it's not guaranteed that you will always have a good scrap run. To that, I say, that if you keep a positive attitude and hustle with the joy of knowing you're working FOR YOURSELF, everything works out. Two years ago, I left a HORRIBLE job working at Walgreens. After years of working retail and heavy manual labor, my back was shot. Two herniated disks and severe spinal stenosis meant that I was almost always in constant pain and had to sit down most of the time at work. My daughter was due to be born any day (February 15) and at 41, I already felt that I had waited so long to become a father. I didn't want her to grow up seeing me in constant pain as well. Earlier that year, I had taken on driving for Lyft and Uber part time to help pay for the expenses of a new baby. Almost immediately, I saw how I could earn as much as my regular "job" paid in just a few hours a day, a few days a week. Seeing that gave me the drive to "hustle" and see what I could REALLY do. Soon, it was clear that for the first time in my life, I felt SAFE financially to work for myself (even with a child). The pandemic slowed things down for a while, but thankfully God watched over my family and provided and now things are picking back up. I wouldn't trade working for myself for a 9-5 job again. I have the comfort of setting my own hours and I have the initiative to hustle to make as much as I want. I get to have EVERY holiday off with my family and most importantly, it affords me the opportunity to be at home with my daughter during these early years of her life. You keep doing what you're doing dude 👍
As I wake up and start pondering the day and my scrap route I read your comment. You have put spring into my step my friend. Thank you for the message of encouragement and hustle. I can already tell you are a great dad. Keep up the good work
Your GF has a beautiful smile Paul! She sure was happy to see you! Hope we see more of her. Why are you hiding her? Lol! Workbench = workspace. Good for future projects.
Really GOOD Looking Chairs ! You Love what You are doing - the Stuff You pick up will NOT end up in Landfill - we also love that Wooden Workbench - that's a Keeper ! Well done and many, many Cheers from us here in Australia - Keep Safe !!!!
been watching long time. your ladder rack allows you to double ur eight trips to the scrap yard and your packing skills have greatly improved... always watching..
If current employers could find more people half as dedicated and continuously on-point as you guy's they'd be much happier. The most desirable feature in an employee is that employee's zeal for his work, or industry's goals. I think providing for one's self through toil is very honorable work. Keep up this much-needed work. Mike Kirwan - Kenmore, WA
Hey paul may God bless and keep you in his loving arms always. I have listened to some other channels on scrapping and too many of them use too much profanity and put down the people who put
Love the videos Paul. I have got my family into watching you too 😊. Shame your across the pond from me as I have a trailer I would of given you for scrapping. God bless you brother and keep up the good work.

Workbenches, shelves & totes I just cant get enough of them. Same with tools and toolboxes. Flea markets arent open yet in your area? Good morning Paul just wanted you to know I like watching your videos every morning from my hospital bed its better than. Wants on tv now days so thanks for the videos Paul thanks Shawn
Hi allxxx, maybe have a special carrier over the cab for keeping your sell able gear? .... Paul you woul be proud of me,,,,, I picked up an old solar power converter it weighed a ton plus a power box.... I donated to my scrap yard for their Xmas break up..
Great barstools and workbench few Resales items and Cords totally odd with me ime alright but lots people lost their jobs and homes makes you Really wonder what is really going on Paul you all stay safe and have a good one thanks for video
First time watching your video. You sound so much younger,I guess that's a good thing. But when i pick up,frigs, microwaves,tv's,washers and driers, yes I cut off the cords. But then I take everything home and tear them apart. Tv's have alot of copper in them so do the microwave ovens. And these new type of washers and drivers have alot of wires in them. I tear them all down and put everything into coffee containers. Once those are filled, sitting on my big bench, which I found at the curb. Then I dump them into my large plastic tubs, also picked up on the curb. About once a year I take those tubs to the recycle yard. Now the scrap metal goes monthly to the yard. I drive a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport pickup truck. I'm retired and im a amputee,so getting in and out of my truck takes me alittle bit longer. But like you, I love the extra money. Last year in December I took all my large tubs to the yard and had my best year, only because I tore apart alot of tv's. But my total take home bonus was alittle bit over 2K. Some extra money to buy my grand daughters some nice Christmas gifts and I bought me new Oklahoma Joe Highland smoker, plus I bought some nice Ribs and Briskets to smoke. My chest freezer in the garage was a curb find, only needed a new cord. And it's been working great for 5 years now. As you know social security dont pay much, so the extra money always helps out. My room mate in the beginning thought I was just wasting gas,but when she went with me to the scrap yard to cash in,she was shocked. Now she stops on her way home if she sees something that i can tear apart. Like computer printer, small tv's,coffee machines and toasters. Yes,I give her some money at the end of the year. You know we have to keep our female friends happy. One time i helped a good friend move into his first home and had a small utility trailer behind my truck. On the way home,i had a heart attack. There on the curb was three riding mowers, and 5 push mowers and a bunch of broken gas yard tools. We pushed everything onto that trailer. It was packed full. And three of the push mowers were electric ones. The man that lived there had pasted away and his son told me that his dad worked on old mowers for a living. He also gave me a bunch of stuff that still work that his dad fixed but never sold. I still use that stuff. So yes scrapping does pay off. I will be subscribing to your channel. Oh I live in Jacksonville Florida. Keep making some great video. Now it's to cold to go outside, like 40 degrees. Brrrrr.
another get video, paul. i did notice the black fridge is not in your shop anymore. ...also nice workbench.. Let Gods Light shine to all those around you.
Oh my, Paul! You said your girlfriend was beautiful in a previous video. She is, indeed. She is not only beautiful, but she has an inner glow that shows even in a few brief moments of a video. God is truly watching over you. And her. BTW, I started watching your videos when this annoying pandemic grounded us all. So two plus years of your life is only a couple of months ago to me. You have prayed for things that have definitely come to pass. Take care.
A lot of times the skin on the outside of the door knob sets are brass mounted over die cast. You can take the brass of with a cutoff wheel or hacksaw. But, I know you don't like messing with that small of stuff. A lot of days in the Christian life are just weird because we live in a fallen world and we suffer from being fallible human beings. But those who know Jesus have a hope! This hope is eternal and reserved for us. We can't lose sight of what's ahead. and teh best aprt will be to finally see Christ face to face. What an mind blowing day that will be! Praying for you, Paul. and everyone else is struggling today. Tomorrow might be my turn.
Our family watches your videos together, and we are so nosey, we LITERALLY stopped the video to go back and watch the end of the Christmas video so we could see your girlfriend, then we resumed this video😀Congrats, Paul- she looks like a nice lady😁 God bless!

PAUL : Have you ever thought about picking up some of the treasures you find all the time and taking them to the flea market? If you still have your other storage unit, all the tables you mentioned and a certain girlfriend it may be fun to do on a weekend. It's seasonal but I think it may be a great way to make extra money for your new trailer. Like Taco Stacks!! Great job Paul!!! Elaine from Florida. ❤
I so enjoyed that!!.. Thank you!.. you are so much fun to watch and listen to.. BTW you Lady is a real cutey... I did have to peek and see your christmas vid... ;) curiosity did not kill this cat hehehe.. Cheers!

I remember my scout leader..."If you don't know knots - tie lots."
I've seen some folks having to use a 'rope wrench' (aka. jack knife) to get their knots out. ;-)

The flea market is about an hour away. I've not been there yet. It's open one weekend a month. I might visit this month
