His legs are involved heavily too. He squats to do it every time he doea. You can see it esp in the one where she is doing a hand stand because that is all him, she can't use her legs to jump and get in motion to help out

There's a whole lot of trust, Knowing they will catch you. You can tell they have a lot of hours invested into their team. She's so small and he's such a wonderful spotter. They are amazing together. Keep up the great hard work that y'all put into it.
