The judge for my eviction was talking to the lawyer of the complex about where they're gonna go shopping later that day. Didnt even let me speak or explain the situation and ruled in their favor. Said she didn't care what I had to say, I owed rent. Done in 2 minutes and the lawyer and judge were giggling. I wish there was more that could be done for situations like that.
Absolutely. We fought it, but in the end the lease had a clause where they weren't responsible for misinformation from office staff. They took a months rent, applied it to a balance we didn't even know we had and gave us a 5 day notice for non payment. We had statements from the complex that it was $400/m. Turns out there was a $100 month to month fee that they weren't including and i had forgotten about. For 11 months. Oh. And bed bugs. And roaches. I think that was the real motivation. They could deliberately give residents false info just to evict them and make treating more convenient. My neighbor's got evicted the same way a month prior.

Why is it the DCFS can profile someone, saying anything they want without evidence or a trial, and the judge will simply take the information as fact? Happens all the time in Madison County, IL.
I need help a judge in Nc took my child from me during a child custody case. She told me she was giving the child to her dad because of my disability and she feel as if I can’t raise the child( she was 2) I have 3 other children which two were grown and two are minors. She then proceeded to say I got pregnant by accident( which could of been told to her in a private conversation because boone in court had said anything of that nature) she also said because god allowed me to carry a baby doesn’t make me a mom and I should be happy the wife wants to raise a child that’s not hers and then sent my child to live in NJ. I can’t seem to get any help The fact is I do have a disability that resulted from an illness but the dad knew that prior to pursing a relationship with me.
I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. I'm in a similar type situation. I'm not a lawyer but have you made a complaint to your state's Judicial Commission to report your judge? He/she may have violated their ethics. I don't think you can be discriminated against bc of a disability. Also, look up Americans with Disabilities Act. Lots of protections there, too.
Their presiding judge and any attorney are both officers of the Court. How can one have a Fair trial if they are both officers of the court and both are also registered with the bar . British accredited registry ...... both officers of the Court it's not an impartial trial. come against one living man. Not to mention they should be registered as foreign agents

The judge just ordered me to have no contact wjth my child after I called an emergency hearing when my son said he was suicidal . His father said I was telling our son to do it and the judge made her ruling without a hearing and said I'm the undermining the fathers ability to parent... even tho my son is scared and traumatized and was forced to live with him. She is biased against me and won't even hear my evidence. The father never presents evidence. I'm lost in what I can do and I fear for my sons safety.

As long as the state pays the judge's a conflict of interest will occur and a bias is abound
