Had a cute lucid dream falling asleep to this where guinea pigs, hamsters, bunnies etc came into my room to cuddle me haha. Big improvement on my regular bad dreams.
I’ve arrived here at random in a bid to deal with crippling night terrors. I grew up with spiritualist Christians, some of who became the bane of my life. I’ve denied and tried to block many things since then. I like the tone here, maybe I’ll drift off to sleep and get some peace. I know I need to learn to progress. Thank you and bless you all.
Please look into a psychologist who believes in psychedelics and ketamine treatment. It’s the only thing that helped depression and cptsd
I suffered from night terrors all my life caused by childhood trauma. I went to a Deliverence Healing Ministry & was set free from bondage to demonic spirits. Now I have no more night terrors, or anything else bad. I have learnt a powerful lesson. Ephesians 6:12 in the bible explains it perfectly.

Just finished the session, everything was clear, who my real life partner was to be, who has been blocking my path in every area of my life, and for sure it is someone I love and look up to and has always discouraged me whenever I share ideas. and what my life purpose was, a hotelier, wonder if I can make change and pursue it at my middle age?. My future wasn't clear but I was shown I move in a straight line, I don't take risk to try other avenues and when I get back later I find the path blocked. The experience was thrilling, thank you Brian. Can it be done daily?

More so received information when I was awoken like talking. I would ask something or dialogue was running in my head. I was ask to call upon arch angel Ezikel that is was something that stood out the most to me and the word unearthed came about. There was some other things but I think it’s personal and private to me so rather not. I will listen again tonight. I only listened to 1hour 24 minutes.

I did this two nights in a row and had nightmares on both days. Is that normal? The first night, i had a few dreams but one thing was common in all - I was bleeding in all. I even thought I had woken up several times only to realise I wasn’t awake. I didn’t know I was screaming in my sleep until I was woken up. Second night, I thought I would give it a try again. Once again, I had a nightmare and woke up screaming. I don’t understand why this is working differently for me.
Maybe you need to recognise your fears, face them, and conquer them one by one. Peace be with you as you journey within.

Why would anyone want to sleep in a records room? Their chairs are never comfortable, astral or otherwise.
Well, this is stupid ! he talks at first and tells you what's happening, and then you start hearing these nice tones musical times and then for 30 minutes. You start dozing off and all the sudden they start talking again. Wakeing you up! You start dozing off again and start talkin up, suddenly scares you. It be better if you just do all the talking at first be done with it!
Did not like it and won't do it again! Not listen anymore ? Be nice to sleep with the tones n the music.
