I don't know about underrated, but Wigglytuff is not underused. It is the lead in what is likely the most common team right now - Wigglytuff/Double Mud Slap, and its variants. I see it constantly.
You ever notice in neutral matchups when you’re against a Wiggly that it’s still a race regardless if she has charged move pressure? she’s a fast move pressure mon who would be completely broken if she got her charged moves quickly
You can throw on Fairy Wind. You'd be shocked at how often the pvpoke moves aren't always the best. The first time I thought someone was overcharging their move in a Weezing mirror match and they hit me with an Overheat my jaw went through the floor. I'd like to believe the same thing happened to the Kyogre that I one-tap Solar Beamed with my Ho-Oh. EDIT: No you can't. I thought it was a Clefable lol. My bad.
Didn't really have much success when I last used a charmer, but it wasn't a wiggly. Don't think I have any that have generally PVPish IVs but I'll definitely put more work into trying to get one. @ 5:00 I wouldn't like that play from the opponent because they're up against a lead that leans towards fast move damage. Saving shields when you might just end up dealing with a still alive wiggly, and maybe 2 other unknown fast move damage pokemon in the back? Those shields might end up useless. I'm getting better about not shielding up too early in a battle, but I hope I'd be a bit freer with my shield battling this team. Fun battles!
I’ve been running Drifblim, Gatr and Clodsire and will get the hardest counters with the opposing Pokemon having movesets that make absolutely no sense accept to be the hardest counter to my team. I get to 2000+ elo and can’t stay there cause of the algo hard countering me when I win too many games. I’m about to say fuck this game and go back to playing only chess where 100% skill is what matters and not some damn bard countering algo to set you up for failure to keep you in that 50%+ range. Why are the best players not able to get over 60% win rate? It’s hard to when you get algoed. I’m starting to think that once you see your team getting hard countered, then you must make a completely new team that’s different from the previous one. Win more games again and the algo kicks in again. Rinse and repeat.
Youre using the main meta, everything counters everything, the one tip i can give you is to maybe relax a little, learn typing and mechanics, and maybe just try and have a bit more fun. I tried so hard to run meta teams around this elo but everyone is so all over the place its hard to run super meta, try unpredictable pokemon that go against the meta, anti meta! You never know what may work. My A rank pvp poke team got me a horrible streak while my d rank team pidgeot hakmo o and quag got me up to vet 😂 just try and have some fun, sometimes in battle leauge playing your favorites and being calm is the move over being serious, but mechanics and knowing typings matters most

Well that's how charm works. More upfront fast move damage and less charge moves.
