  • I've been wanting to do this one for quite a while and finally got to it today. Let me tell you, these were a HUGE hit with my family!
You're familiar with the "Taco Bell" Crunchwrap Supremes, here's my take on them.
I was able to make 6 of these with:
    - 2 lbs Ground Beef (only ended up using 1)
    - 12" Flour tortilla
    - Tostadas
    - "Taco bell" kit to grab out the seasoning and the 6" tortillas
    - Shredded lettuce
    - Nacho Cheese sauce
    - Shredded cheddar cheese
    - Sour cream
    - Tomatos
The gear i'm using on Amazon:
    36" Blackstone Griddle: amzn.to/2y2UuE9
    36" Blackstone soft cover: amzn.to/2XTm6dF
    Basting cover: amzn.to/2xKNnjA
    Spatulas: amzn.to/2xKWosY
    Scraper: amzn.to/32oGxyw
    Digital heat gun: amzn.to/2XTUOE1
    Bacon press (with kit): amzn.to/2xTOvBP
    Camera/Phone Microphone: amzn.to/2Y0M2ny
    Camera/Phone tripod: amzn.to/2XTPxgw
    Spices / etc..
    Himalayan Salt: amzn.to/2XHupda
    Franks RedHot Buffalo: amzn.to/2SrwcgA
    One and Done Seasoning/Rub: amzn.to/2LOtW1z
    Mrs. Dash: amzn.to/2Y2yR5A
Disclaimer: Some links that I use are part of the Amazon associates program. I may receive a small compensation if purchases are made using these links. Thank you for the support!

Never seen or heard of these before not suprising as i am in the uk, but you inspired me to runout and get what was needed to make them. Not tacobell seasoning just genric one from the store but the family enjoyed it, even the kids. so much so they want to experiment asian/indian flavourings different vegetables, anything that get kids interested in cooking is a hit in my book. Thank you for the recipe nd inspirtion, take care and god bless.

A good method for cooking ground beef is the "Press & Chop." Press the meat to flatten it out then chop it. Repeat until the beef is an uniform size throughout. You don't end up with big chunks and it cooks faster.

Really need water or beer to push seasoning into beef. Can't the browned beef be transferred into a pan on the griddle for seasoning? Also warm tortillas on Blackstone so they won't tear if that's a problem. Good video.

@@RobsBackyardBBQ Bisscits n gravy is the Holy Grail. Once the meat is broken down, browned, add Wondra flour to catch the grease and build an instant roux. Then slowly add whole milk to the pile, mixing it in before it runs to the trap. Salt, and a ton of pepper. Done.
