- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi told Russian President Vladimir Putin alluded to a lethal strike on a children's hospital in Kyiv that Ukraine has blamed on Moscow. Modi, who said he had held a frank discussion with Putin on the Ukraine war said the death of innocent children was "heart-wrenching".
Modi also told Putin that peace was "of utmost importance" and that "war cannot solve problems." The Indian prime minister also defended fuel trade with Russia amid Western sanctions on Moscow. Putin thanked Modi for trying to help find a peaceful solution to the Ukraine crisis. Meanwhile, Putin also conferred Russia's highest civilian honour, Order of St Andrew the Apostle, on PM Modi on July 9. Watch the video to find out more.

Ukraine should be more disappointed with Zelensky than anyone else because for him NATO membership is more important than the life of his people.
'The life of his people' can only be guaranteed under NATO. Putin guaranteed, I repeat guaranteed Ukrains sovereignty with the UK and USA in exchange for the nuclear weapons based in Ukraine to be sent back to RUSSIA.
RUSSIA has never kept to this agreement or promises as well as many other lies and deceptions. Even the 2nd Chechen war was a setup by Putin personally. It is not, I repeat not in Russias vocabulary to tell the truth or be honest.

Ukraine was never really good with India if you look at the history between this two nation. Even the West was not good to India in the past. UK and some western countries became very rich by taking advantages of India's natural wealth like precious minerals (gold), stole many of royal family properties and also slavery for centuries. And also cause the division and chaos of India and Pakistan since it was a single nation before it was divided by the British Empire. While Russia help India in the most crucial times. When the West sided over Pakistan and ignored India's pleas for weapon supports to defend themselves. Only Russia help them when they needed it the most. And for many decades Russia help a lot in making a strong India military so it's natural for them to support Russia today to pay it's debt of gratitude in a neutral way by not sending any military of it's own but helping them in terms of economy by buying oil and gas to secure it's domestic needs and gain profit also by selling it to many countries in Europe who support Ukraine since they don't want to get directly at it to Russia because of international sanctions. India is hitting two birds with one stone. This also uplift India's status and power as supplier to many nations who badly needed this necessary products to sustain their economy and daily lives. It's west hypocrisy condemning Russia but still buying oil and gas from them either directly or indirectly. In general the west never really see India as a friend or partner but only a tool for their own personal benefits a typical attitude and mind setting of colonizers.
