An interesting thing is that 300 meters higher in elevation, there's another military road (closed to motor vehicles) that's even more scenic, reaching an altitude of 2700 meters (it starts from Colle delle Finestre and goes to Assietta, passing by the Gran Serin fort at 2600 m.).
Believe it or not but I took my 2013 VW Tiguan 4motion on a trip with roads just like this through forestry in Scotland. Running Mitchellin latitude cross tyre's....After 2 weeks of touring and back home again I noticed my driver's front strut shock was leaking oil. Suppose after 80k miles on the clock and what it had just been through that to me is pretty impressive for a soft off roader. I'm now £325.00 less in my wallet as I just replaced both front struts.. I'm now Ready for another adventure 👍👍👍

Actually, what this video is about is a day in the life of the local pizza delivery guy. He left the shop at the foot of the mountain with two hot pizzas and he's gotta step on it. Those pizzas cant stay hot in that insulated bag very much longer. Go, pizza man, go! (Nice scenery, though.)
