I live in southern California, I'm a retired widow who lives with her small rescue Chihuahua Dexter-Dog. I'm 74 and have two boys and six step children all who and grown out of the house with kids of their own. They live in Oregon, Oklahoma,Arizona, New York and Florida. Most are military families that's why they don't live nearby. My two biological sons live nearby here in California. I just found your video and RUclips channel by accident but was so intrigued by someone living in Alaska. Are you a native or did the military send you to Alaska? Your shopping spree was a lot of fun and you really got some super great buys on the clothes, but like you said your grocery prices are higher, and I thought ours were high! Lauren, you look amazing. You’re kicking tail. Keeping a family of 7 running like a well greased machine is no easy feat. I would love to visit one day but don’t think my lungs will allow the flight. Violet is beautiful! You and I were pregnant with twins girls at the same time. Mine were fraternal, they were born 12/30. Our baby B had a two week NICU stay which is nothing compared to your experience. I’ve been praying and grieving with you all over baby Maggie. Violet and Maggie(Margaret) were on our baby name list as well. But we decided on Daisy and Daphne. My older girls and I keep telling our girls we can’t wait to buy them little baby swimsuits and little baby summer rompers. Their tiny little clothes are so cute 😊

Glad Violet doing good . With the bottle feed . Your right to keep her inside not out and about for bit longer . But that's good to take time for your self even if it's just going to the grocery store . But that's good to buy something for your self weather be clothes or a treat cause always taking care and buying for others . But always good to take care or treat your self

Thank you for taking us shopping in Costco today Lauren, I am dreaming of getting into Costco with my powwered Wheelchair when it arrives. The joy I will have. Maybe I should do a little video of the prices in Glasgow Scotland 🏴 compared to the prices in Alaska. Never pass a sale ever ever ever, buy it and if it doesn’t suit or fit you return it, I wish my husband would learn that as he is the one who does our shopping via FaceTime with me but on the days I’m poorly or asleep he will find a bargain but only buy one of them whereas I would buy 5 of them especially if it’s something we use a lot like today when it was 99p for a litre of lactose free milk and I told him to buy 8 or more and I could have frozen them, he got 6 so I can’t complain. Miss Violet Hamm is the most beautiful little girl and she is adored by people all over the world just like her big brothers. It is always a joy when I see your face pop up on RUclips it cheers me right up. Much love to you all with love from Glasgow Scotland ❤

I had to chuckle when you were showing your fleece and said " this will be perfect for Summer ". I'm in Southern Spain thinking I would be too hot in Winter in that fleece and as it gets warmer I'm always on the look out for the lightest clothing I can find!

It's still snowing off and on in Wyoming too! A day of spring, and a day of winter. The Tru Fruit frozen chocolate covered strawberries that were in the freezer in your video are so good. I didn't like the ones with the dried strawberry centers nearly as much. Violet is growing so fast! She will be in her little swimming suit in no time.
