Thank you skip and Shannon for getting me through some rough times from personal triumphs, COVID pandemic, those new born days, to hard work days to studying for exams. They’ll be forever etched in history together regardless of how it ended, Skip and Shannon will be synonymous until the end of time 💙
Man this duo got me through high school and the first few years of college. They have taught me so much about various sports, and have always kept me informed. I appreciate the effort the two have put into the show. Thank you.
Same here man, during my senior year of Highschool, it was all online and in quarantine and the show really helped speed things up and occupy my time with something to watch. I also spent alot of time watching Skip and Shannon during my freshman and sophomore year of college. Had so many lunch's with the duo, it will always be nostalgic for me
They were one of the best sports reporting duos ever. I'd put them right up there with Gary Thorne and Bill Clement, Stuart Scott and Rich Eisen, Keith Jackson and Bob Griese, Pat Summerall and John Madden, etc.
You noticed that Shannon never told Skip that HE LOVES him... I love that because he's being honest and just not throwing the L Word around like so many people do nowadays
I officially switched from First Take when I saw Shannon on this show. The chemistry was truly amazing. I’m sad to see this come to an end. It was truly a magical connection on this show. Best of luck Shannon Sharpe. 💙

This show was therapy for me and so many for 7 years. I got sober a few months after the first episode - still clean to this day. It was a rock for me, especially so early on in that process. This show saw my best and worst days (almost every day, for that matter), and I will always appreciate this duo for bringing out the best in all of us and our love of sports. That’s what it’s all about, man. Best of luck to Unk Shay. You’re HOF on the field, in the studio, and in life. 🤟🏻
You got sober watching Skip! You got this. Good luck!
Keep being undisputedly great in life bro.
7 years. What a phenomenal run. To both Skip and Shannon.
I started watching this show as a 21 year old college kid, fast forward I’m 28 I have a bachelors, masters, state job and a child. Thank you skip and Shannon for getting me through some rough times from personal triumphs, COVID pandemic, those new born days, to hard work days to studying for exams. They’ll be forever etched in history together regardless of how it ended, Skip and Shannon will be synonymous until the end of time 💙
Similar but just an associates and no kids.
Same but in jail 4 baby mommas
There's no such thing as a college kid but I got you

Well said
These two were the best together... Even brothers fight sometime, but it's all love at the end of the day.
Y'all got me through the pandemic. Shannon made me shed some tears just now. Good show fellas.
Had so many lunch's with the duo, it will always be nostalgic for me
I'm not crying...you guys are! I'm a mans man
Same here bro, I’ve been watching since I was 16
Skip and Shannon showing admiration for each other made me cry. I'm really gonna miss this duo. Thank you Shannon, thank you.
Shanon was real. Skip is fake BS. I can see right through
They were one of the best sports reporting duos ever.

He probably did love him as a brother before skip took all of those personal shots at him.
He said he loves everyone right before he talked to skip.
He said I love you man to Skip towards the end. Watch it again.
You stupid?
This show kept me afloat through college. My entire 20s. Truly a life changing show. Love to Shay and Skip forever!
Same bro same

I’m literally 27 now and they started when I was 20. So much adult conversations and wisdom went into this!
I officially switched from First Take when I saw Shannon on this show. The chemistry was truly amazing. I’m sad to see this come to an end. It was truly a magical connection on this show. Best of luck Shannon Sharpe. 💙
Man this show is literally part of my daily routine. Shannon has some charisma about him, being able to make me laugh while sharing some knowledge. Also his chemistry with skip was unmatched
Me as well man ever since 2021
After working out in the morning
I would get some coffe or breakfast and eat if I missed the episode I would just replay it and chill
Or some days I didn’t have time to do so, so I would just wait until night time to watch
Some days I had horrible days but these two really lifted up my mood
Even if I cried a bunch on a day these two some how just made my day better
This moment still give me chills
It's awesome to hear him personally thank all the little people working behind the scenes like this. You rarely see this kind of love.
By name as well real connections they made
And inside jokes. This definitely showed he’s respectful
I know Skip isn't everyone's favorite, but man this guy helped changed so many lives and catalyzed the sports debate format that we all watch. Shannon was the perfect partner, but all good things must come to an end, and I'm excited to see what Shannon and Skip do next.
Even through all the ups and downs, you can tell they created a brotherhood. Honestly I’m going to miss the duo ❤.
Me too
Same ❤❤
I don’t think Shannon is fond of Skip 😂 based off his likes on twitter the past couple weeks
Not really. Skip said I love you and he never said it back lol
He ungrateful
shannon sharpe is high class. honestly i respect him for thanking everyone no matter how small their job was.
to be honest if i was giving my speach i would’ve forgotten to thank every department, it just shows shannon sharpe is a role model, the type of guy i look up to. and my dad taught me it’s okay for a man to cry, to be honest this video made me cry too. a man that isn’t afraid to cry is a man you can trust.
Throughout the finals I cheered for the Heat to take it just one more game so I get to spend another day listening to Skip and Shannon. Over the past 7 years you’ve become my voice in the morning. Thanks for an incredible 7 years, Unc. I’ll support you in all your future greatness.

It says so much about how great of a man Shannon is when he thanks EVERYONE in his speech, from the crew to the producers literally everyone who has helped him in some way on the show for the past 7 years.
shows he's the REAL deal, totally class act
Shannon is one of the greatest humans that have walked this earth imo. I know he's historically insignificant to everyone except sports fans but for me he's one of a kind. Very special human

Looking back and realizing... my boy shannon didn't leave... he was forced out... what a classy and professional way to leave... sitting across from your enemy and showing class... and look at him now
We knew that's how it would turn out, skip overestimated his personal value, and those atrocious replacements they brought in. Yikes.
You guys have been one of the few consistent things in my life over the past 7 years. Over the past 7 years I’ve gone through some of the toughest, most terrifying, saddest, shocking, and unknown times in my life.
