If Watson’s play is our weakest link I’d say we’re in damn good shape. He does need to focus on trying to avoid huge hits though. The DL’s inability to generate consistent pressure on the road was our biggest issue last season IMO. That and overall injuries.

The Browns gotten better so far this offseason. They have proven to be able to win with Watson and he was seriously hitting his stride before his season ending injury. If Chubb is back at 100% and Watson plays a full season there's no reason for this team not to compete for a Super Bowl. The only team that can hold this talented roster back is themselves they have no weaknesses besides health
This is that foundation that I have been talking about! The beginning of that, DYNASTY I've been yelling about the last 2 years. I see a bright future with this Coaching Staff and players, that AB keep finding to build a great team. Can't wait and see what we do in the draft. Go Browns ❤!

I'm not a Steelers fan, but even with all the chaos going on in Pittsburgh they still make the playoffs, year in and year out. Tomlin shows how great of a coach he is, even with some sub par talent they still finish over .500. The Browns still have a ways to go, because we haven't won shit yet, and if you think so you are fooling yourselves. I have no faith in the owner, the GM or the coach. How do you lose to a rookie qb, and get out coached? KS was calling the same plays from the first time they played. The Steelers have been winning a lot longer than the Browns have been in the last 20+ years. Stop halting, and give credit where credit is due.
You forget 26% of our starters were on IR last season. That's why we lost. Plus Flacco played like straight shit. Come on man you are a Steelers fan period.
@timgrigsby2727 all I hear is excuses. The Browns fan base #1 thing. Honestly, Stefanski called the same plays against Houston he did the first game. Gruesome Newsom was either giving up TD'S, holding, or blatantly creating pass interference penalties. We have a CB Ward that can't stay healthy and another one that gives up too many big plays, and a HC who can't make adjustments.

Watson will be absolutely fine, and he will be great next year as long as he stays healthy. This will be the first year in the new system, so give them a break.
If the Browns knew what they were doing, they would not have traded away Baker and would have kept all those draft picks + money.

There are four critical positions on an nfl football team, i.e. owner, head coach, general manager, and personnel director. Any kind of a major problem at one of those positions is unrecoverable and Browns have a huge problem at owner.No sane owner or personnel director would want anything to do with Watson.

The best thing to ever happen to the cleveland browns as a franchise and their most important asset is GM Andrew Berry. He took over in 2020 and completely changed the image of the Browns. In his 4 years he built the best oline in the NFL (2020) 2 playoff appearances, assembled an elite #1 defense (2023) hired KS who is a 2 time Coach of the year. This past season browns players won 5 awards including DPOY Myles Garrett and ass coach of the year Jim Shwartz. What AB has done with this franchise in 4 years is so impressive. The days of the Browns being viewed as clowns and a joke of a franchise are over. AB has turned the cleveland browns into a respectable, competetive, proffessional organization.
What happens when they finish 4th in north? Same ol browns same ol saying wait til next year.
