Hi! How far can you extend the incision/How long can you make the crease? I already have eyelid creases but they're too short, I want to elongate them. Is it possible to elongate my already existing eyelid creases using somekind of double eyelid surgery technique? Can the incisions be placed in the orbital part of the orbicularis oculi? Thanks!

The recovery period for this surgery is 1-2 weeks so swelling should have reduced within this time. However, everyone's recovery time is different. Some may recover faster, and some slower depending on the patient's previous over all health and lifestyle.
There is no official age limit preventing someone from having double eyelid surgery although if you’re a minor you would need to have signed permission from an adult. However, ultimately it is up to the surgeon and if he feels comfortable with the case presented.
