Great idea to have this as an example of how the model actually works in practice! For anyone watching, you could pause it every time the coach is about to speak. When you pause, think about what you would say/ask as a coach, then resume the video and see what the coach said/asked. Practice makes better!
The great coachee is the one who is humble enough to allow other to ask all possible powerful questions to him/herself and willing to take action from agreed way-forward.
We need a new way to paraphrase without starting every comment with the word …SO. “ It sounds like “ is over used too . Use some other “stems “ , for example .. “I’m hearing”, “if I understand you correctly” “to summarise” , “your main reaction is.” There are many others .
Who thought this horrible camera-shaking thing was a good idea? It is nauseating to watch this filming and completely unnecessary for the purpose of learning this technique.

simple and clear explanation with practice. thank you for sharing!
Great content but the camera work makes me a little queasy...too much movement.
