I went and purchased a Leica Q3. I work as a commercial shooter. I use a variety of Canon, Sony and Fuji gear in my business. I find when I finish work for the day, I have zero interest in going out for me taking photos. My gear are tools and they only come out when there is a job. I wanted to love photography again, as an interest, a hobby to create beautiful photos. So........I purchased a Q3, it is my personal EDC camera. I will not use it for work, its my ' Life ' camera and it goes with me everywhere I go. It has rekindled my love for photography, I am on a honeymoon with my Q3. lol. Does new gear make you happy..........it did for me. My work gear is just too sterile and boring, its large and clunky and not comfortable in a travel or street environment. The Q3 is small and yet powerful. So to answer your question, I suppose my answer is to, fall in love with a camera again and enjoy using it. Superb topic for the video Samosh!

As I am a street photographer I would go to a different city or different location within the cities that I know, exploration is motivation.
