Extrusion press assembly in special foundation

The assembly of the extrusion press in our special foundation was a complex procedure .We used a 200 tons crane with drone system to be able to assemble all the main parts into the foundation of the press.
The crane carefully lifted each component into place, while the drone system provided real-time monitoring to ensure everything was positioned correctly.
Once all the main parts were in place, our team meticulously connected each piece together, making sure everything was secure and aligned properly. This process required precision and attention to detail to ensure the press would function effectively and safely.
After the assembly was complete, we conducted thorough testing to ensure everything was working as it should. We checked for any leaks, malfunctions, or irregularities, making adjustments as needed.
