i think Jerry is in a place where he dont wanna make the same mistake again. He gave Dak that contract a couple years ago and the Cowboys haven't gotten any closer to a Super Bowl than they did on Dak initial contract. They had plenty of talent on the roster and still cant get passed 2nd round of the playoffs. The Bills went to the AFC Championship game in 2020 ! And we had no linebackers in the playoffs this year and it came down to the final 2 minutes.
