यदि कोई व्यक्ति अपनी पैतृक एवं स्वअर्जित सम्पत्ति को अपनी अधर्मज संतान को वसीयत करके मर जाता है तो उस व्यक्ति की धर्मज संतान के उस वसीयत की हुई सम्पत्तियों पर क्या अधिकार होंगे?
If a men dies many years ago and he never married and after few year later a women came and claim the property that she was the wife of the deceased but she have no proof that she is the widow of deceased ...so here can she claims the property
Ma'am My brother got married in 2019 and After 6months of marriage his wife left him. And due to this he start drinking and left this world, We did all necessary treatment and It cost us around 10L and during treatment we call his wife and told that The health is now well but she didn't say anything. Ans as soon as My brother died, She Lodge a complaint against us that we killed her husband and we didn't told her anything about his health. This complaint is against my whole family and as compromise she demanded all her husband property which her husband get as share from his father.
Besides we spend 10L in treatment.
We offered that if she live her life with husband family we will give her his husband share but she is in mood of taking her husband share and get married with another guy.
Is this right ?What should we do.
