Hello Gayle 🌼 I am in love with your mini dolls! I am not a huge doll maker, but after your video I now found myself going through some of my many doll patterns to see what I could make. And of course I'm spending some time on Etsy...tons of cute patterns 🤩🤩
Hi Cassandra! Thank you so much. Truth be told, I wasn't much of a doll fan myself. Not as a child and not as a newbie amigurumist. I started off making tons of animal amigurumis. I would stumble upon a doll pattern here and there, but never quite got interested in them. Then I made my first, and it wasn't that bad looking, she turned out kinda cute. Then I made another, and another, and another . . . until I caught the addiction bug. I am officially addicted to them. I look forward to seeing you make an amigurumi doll. I know that they would turn out absolutely gorgeous! Have fun shopping for patterns, I know I always do.😍
Hello Gayle what a treat to see you again :) I love what you did with crochet confetti dolls and You gotta do the larger size. I learn so much from her patterns and they are worth every penny! It was so nice to see some past dolls along with the newer ones and your thoughts and preferences after experimenting. Look forward to seeing another dolls video! 🧶❤
Hi Caroline! I know, you are absolutely right. I need to dust the cob webs away from my large doll and just git 'er done. Thanks for sharing that little bit of feedback about the older dolls. It was fun sharing them along with the newbies of the clan😁. I look foward to sharing the upcoming videos with you.❤😀
Hi Sharon! Thank you so much❤. I hope you give them a try. I've been having a blast making them. And best of all, it's helping me to stash down my yarn scraps. Who could ask for anything more? 😉
Thank you so much ❤️. I’m currently enjoying this new to me approach to doll hair and it’s been so much fun. In my upcoming videos, I’ll be sharing more doll hairstyles that I’ve been experimenting with and I’m so excited to be sharing them with you so stay tuned for those.😄
Hi gallery, great to see you!. Love your dolls!. They look fabulous!. Any little girl would love to have one. You are so clever!. Love to you, and miko. Mandy united Kingdom xxx
Hi Mandy! Thank you so much. I have been having loads of fun busting through my yarn scraps making these tiny dolls and I can't wait to start gifting them.😊❤
Hi Angelia! I'm so glad you found us and so happy to have you😁❤ Thank you so much for watching and commenting. I love your channel as well. I was watching one episode and heard a sound that I imagined is what a rattle snake would sound like and thought: "I hope that's not a rattle snake. I hope she hears it. Well, she's not moving, so it must not be."😂🙃
Hi Gail. Lovely choices of dolls as always. I have the fruit ones on my favourites list, but I think I am going to buy them now I have seen yours. I was not buying any more patterns until next month! 😆 Thanks you ❤
Hi Michelle! I know exactly how you feel. There’s something about seeing someone’s finished project that makes a pattern more attractive, especially when on the fence. I’ve purchased many patterns after seeing someone make it, and thats after I’ve seen the pattern and had no prior interest. Let me know how ur dolls turn out. I’m sure u will enjoy them.😉
Cute dolls … I personally don’t buy from any designer that have that kind of restriction. Anyway, you are so talented. I think you can design your own pattern at this point 😊
Hi Medjine😊❤! I don't blame you at all. It is quite the bitter pill to swallow. I would have bought more patterns from her Etsy shop had it not been for that restriction. I've been wanting to create my own patterns for a while now. My problem is having the discipline to sit down and take the time to do it. I get so caught up in making other designers' patterns because it's so easy to just get started and not have to think. One day will come when I get to the point when I'm ready. Thank you so much for your lovely words of encouragement. I'm feeling the love...❤😍
Not legal advice - but according to Google, unless a designer has gone through extensive copyright procedures, they can only prohibit the distribution of the pattern itself, but not items you make yourself. Again, not legal advice, just google advice lol! 😂
Hi Summersteen 😊❤. You know, I've heard both sides of the coin. Because I have no definitive knowledge of this topic, I tend to error on the side of caution. But thank you for sharing your research with us 😉
I really enjoy your channel. Love all the tips and tricks you share. I always look forward to your videos. Keep creating ❤
Hi Santos! Thank you so very much😊. I love to hear that and it's absolutely my pleasure to share my love of doll making with you.❤
