Garage fire 103rd & Mill Road. E4 laying out to hydrant on ne corner of 104th St & Mill Rd. Garage was a total loss. E16-4, T3, M16, B5 then spec. call for E8. 8/29/2008.
Risky not asking the other engine if he's ready for water but they seem very professional so I'd bet he was all set for water. Nice job E4 driver. You know your stuff.
sflem849, im sure most fire equipment operators are aware of fire hydrualics and water flow rates of two 2.5" lines vs. one 5", just a simple statement that you can move alot of water this way and the engineer did a good job.
Must have been nice back then before all the police and fire transitioned over to the Milwaukee Open Sky radio system I miss the analog days now you can't even hear what's going on that really sucks
Yeah. I always listened to them on 154.385. I'm disappointed I can't listen to them anymore but I think there's internet radio where you can hear them.
if I was a pump operator, had first connected the 2 hoses and water of the pond sent to another unit while then I connected the hydrant. equally good job.
si yo era el operador de bomba primero hubiera conectado las 2 mangas y enviado el agua del estanque a la otra unidad mientras luego me conectaba al hidrante. de igual manera muy buen trabajo.
dual 3" reverse lay, good way to move big water! Awesome work and hustle by the Engineer.
I like to see the Engineer moving quickly!! Good job!
