Honestly, if it's just a normal cake I tend to skip ahead to the decorating since I know how to bake a cake. The decorating is what I like to watch so I really enjoyed how you made this video. And this cake looks amazing! My two kids love Circus Animal cookies (heck, so do I!) and their birthdays are coming up so I'll have to keep this in mind!

I do like the full process, it lets me know how the batter should look like or if I wanted to make substitutions to know to add extra this or a little less of that to make the goods the same consistency.
