Thanks so much for always supporting Ohtani even at times when Ohtani found out his cloest person in last 6 yrs (before Ohtani got married) stole 16m from Ohtani. Ohtani was facing many doubts and distrust and probably this was one of the biggest difficult time Ohtani ever had in his whole career so far.
As Shohei's fans, we are glad that he chose Dodgers after his FA. Especially due to Ippei's illegal betting and Ippei's lies caused many conspiracies flooded through all media (even internationally since Ohtani is so famous globally) and while FBI was under investigation at that time, you gave your objective views and tried to give Ohtani warm supports after Ohtani's press conference of claiming Ippei stealing money from Ohtani and Ippei lied to everyone and Ohtani said he never bets and never asked Ippei to bet for him.
When Ohtani was not as productive as what people expected he should be in a few games, Dodgers fans were mostly very warm and patient and understanding. And Ohtani's Dodgers teammates have belief in him too before the FBI investigatiors released the 37 pages of report and announced that Ohtani is innocent and is the victim of 16m money stolen by Ippei.
I hope now Ohtani starts to enter his productive period and helps Dodgers securing stable wins and eventually winning Ohtani's first championship ring in Dodgers blue at this season.

Time for the Angels fans to focus on their own team instead of continuing with snarky comments to the Dodgers.

It was big, but not Angel Otani-san’s “Big Fly”, it was Dodger Ohtani’s “Cannon” Liner shot.
After all those good and nasty events behind, now this is the Real “Shohei Ohtani 2.0”.
    Many more amazements to come!!

Paxton bends but doesn’t break. Othani might hit a ball out of Dodgers Stadium this year. Freddy is looking better.

Nationals loaded the bases in the bottom of the ninth inning so Ohtani’s home run was not meaningless.

It was s nice shot by ohtani, but the bottom of the order and good relief pitching won that game, so let's give the right credit

Yup there’s so many Ohtani haters out there talking shit but he keeps proving them wrong. They will still hate on him after he breaks/make a hundred other records and get 3 or more rings. These clowns are so miserable in their lives that they gotta hate on the nicest, extremely talented, and most electric player in baseball history

Good morning Dodgers fans... Jeff...Marvin here Lifelong Cub fan... I get the impression that you been watching Shoei for quite a while. But I don't think so, this is his first year with the Dodgers. Great player I do get that. But did you just address a Angels fan, like he should be happy that he doesn't have him anymore. What's your thoughts about Justin Turner..Lol..
    ... Just wondering buddy..

You're not getting the point here. You can still appreciate a player even if they are not on your favorite team anymore. LAD fans still love JT and I'm pretty sure there is no hate on him when he plays for other teams. The Angels account Jeff is alluding to went to the extreme on the Ohtani hate. That account goes out of its way to make jabs on Ohtani's performance...pretty pathetic because they should have been highlighting how well the Angels were doing yesterday. That account posted/shared Trout's HR and like 3 minutes later they posted that Ohtani tweet. They might as well call themselves Dodgerswin. They got clowned by a bunch of people and then removed that tweet. They do this often...post Ohtani tweets for engagement, prevent ppl from making comments under their tweets, and then delete their posts in a few hours.

I'm thrilled that JT is doing well, because I think he's awesome as a player and a person. I will root against him when the Dodgers play him later this week, but other than that I want nothing but the best for him.
I don't expect Angel fans to be happy Ohtani isn't there anymore. I DO expect them to not make up lies about him, and I think it would be NICE if they blamed the person actually at fault (their owner) instead of blaming Ohtani for leaving.
And yes, I've been watching Ohtani for a long time. He quickly became one of my favorite players when he entered the league, and I've been watching him a lot ever since. (Not every day like I do now, because with a wife and three kids, watching all 162+ Dodgers games is already a lot, but I've caught as much Ohtani as possible over the past six years.)

Marvin doesn't make sense . Angels wasted Shohei's time there. And they made money off of him for the little they paid him.
