This video is a good example on what all mainstream self-improvement content creators do. They don't tell you what they've actually done, and the procedures they did to reach the top 1% of men and look better than the average person,but rather rinse and repeat the basics, or the tips they've already given in different formats of evaluating it in most of their videos and shorts.
