I work in the services industry and due to covid our call wait times have shot through the roof and people can be so mean, it's no-one's fault and the customer is always way too quick to complain! Definitely important to take a second and think why things are delayed before kicking + screaming...!

It’s actually from Next, and the pink one has sold out, but I managed to get the black and white one!!
My stepmother is now stuck in a cast and wheelchair from stress fractures in her foot that her doctors think were caused by her Peloton!!! Please use cautiously and listen to your body! I love cycling myself and have been considering getting a Peloton but... I might wait a bit and see what her doctors have to say about this injury as they learn more.
Josie works extra hard without help( except for Charlie) putting together extremely informative and fun videos on so many topics. She's even given back to her audience by highlighting their small businesses to help during rough times. She hasn't asked in a while to subscribe to her channel, but I will. I have NOT been asked to write any of this and I know there are better wordsmiths out there than myself.. I also hope its ok that I ask. Wouldn't it be a fabulous thank you to her for all the hard work she does to bring us great content. Please, if you haven't subscribed yet, do it now. . I don't use my webcam either - though I would if I was video chatting a friend while working out. Enjoy your bike! Josie if you get the PELOTON app on your phone you will get a reminder when the class you counted yourself in takes place. 10 or 15 minutes before it lets you know!

I use peloton but without bike, currently I use it for classes like yoga, barre, guided runs outdoors... and seriously I still think it’s worth every penny!

I so appreciate that you share the ' Reality' of what you do.. The behind the scenes "chaos" and how hard you truly work. As an entertainer I can testify to the backstage messiness of making things " look" so easy and " pretty' . The work that it takes to be the type of influencer that you are takes true dedication to excellence and you're such an inspiration to me. ( Few people inspire me.. As they don't live up to my expectations.... I am so difficult. haha.) My husband enjoys your vlogs as well.. He does have a tip for you regarding slicing your cinnamon rolls.: Once you have it rolled and ready to cut, take about a two foot length of dental floss, slide it UNDER the roll to the thickness that you prefer.. Bring the floss up above the roll, cross the floss ( you would need to switch the floss from one hand to the other.. Sounds complicated but it's not.. ) Pull the floss down to the roll and cut... And you will get a perfect slice without flattening the cinnamon roll. ( this is a pastry chef tip... My husband said this is a secret and you can't tell anyone else.. hahah.. I say show the WORLD.!!!!!!..... ) . You're so endlessly uplifting and charming.. Thank you Josie for all that you are!

It’s probably too late at this point, but I’m hoping you took various ECU (Extreme Close Up) shots of your skin before trying your new LED mask! It’s always quite difficult to “measure the effectiveness” of so many of these beauty tools. But I must say this facial mask and the neck/décolletage version have peaked my interest. I need to do more research on the science behind LED light therapy! But I find it all very interesting! The main little bit that has me questioning things is the fabulous results you get at a spa after one treatment versus 3 to 5 times a week recommended usage for the home version... thus the needed research!
I’m so sorry you’re having issues with your Peloton. Hopefully you’ll get everything sorted soon! Maybe they gave you a bike somebody returned, in order to meet their original delivery date? Just guessing because there wasn’t the usual protective film over the monitor... and of course, the cleat issue. Regardless, should you get it working properly, at some point I would enjoy a brief “vlog trial” of some of your favorite scenic journeys, as I think those would be my favorites! It may take some time to discover your favorites and then film some of the most spectacular bits, so I completely understand if this is too big of an ask. Perhaps if Peloton would sponsor a video (are you reading the comments, Peloton?) you could show us beautiful scenery to inspire a purchase and simultaneously increase their back orders for them! 😉😁

I guess it was a publicity stunt, and they didn't purchase any of the furniture that was there.
The armchairs that were the focal point were on loan from the company - we were meant to be receiving a replacement but we decided they were just too hard to get up the stairs as they’re so big, so had to go back to the drawing board in this room!

There Called Alen keys, just a tip make sure you use the short end of the Alen key when you first want to tighten your cleats or untighten them it makes it easy, righty tighy x x 💕
i had exact same issue with my pedals on my spin bike...ended up buying good quality pedals off amazon and they work great. I think often they put crappy pedals on....although in the case of a peloton i would expect better!

You were lucky- mine was due on 2nd December but has been delayed until mid January. Looking at the peloton Facebook groups lots of people have had their orders delayed- apparently due to the delays at the ports. I’m gutted I have to wait...!

Josie, you are not pathetic. Earlier this year (after gyms closed), I ordered an elliptical for home workouts. I lost about 30 pounds prior to the lockdown in March, and I was worried about gaining the weight back. There was some back and forth about delivery, and I was a bit emotional about it, too. To be frank, I feel grateful to have recieved the machine early April, and to have been able to use it over these months. I am certain that it is the only thing that kept me/ is keeping me sane right now. All this to say, that I completely understand your initial dissapointment with the delay of shipment. XX

I’ve been looking a lot at LED face masks since your gift guide as I suffer with adult acne and I’ve heard they can be really beneficial! Unfortunately that one is a bit out of my price range but they do some great options on Amazon! I figure if they work for me then I can justify splurging on the one you recommend! I do love it if you could review the results a month or so down the line 😊
