Providing speeds up to 30mph with a rider weight of 165lbs. The lighter the rider, the faster you go. The heavier you are, the slower the setup is. This new motor has gobs of torque in the low and midrange. Compared to its counterpart (900w) This motor really starts to wake up on the top end.
This motor is less coggy than the 900w. Coggy- This means it does not like low speed(like a race car or 2-stroke dirt bike). Less than 5% throttle it will be hoppy. This is due to carts being single-speed and the motor having strong magnets. When having this setup some may need to change how to ride. Most riders do not notice but it needs to be noted. With the 1100w, the motor is smoother on take-off while still having a lot of torque.
Ride time: Approx 1.5-2 Hrs
Includes:
- TAXI GARAGE Fork made of 3/16" thick steel mated to DOM roll cage material. Hand built here in-house. Fully tig welded to perfection.
- Prismatic Powders GOLD - coated TG fork. Signifying the 1100w motor
- TG 1100W brushed motor for 8MM chain (designed to work with our upgraded tensioner, chain, and lower gear)
- TG 8mm Lower gear with hardware
- TG 8mm Chain
- TG upgraded Chain Tensioner
- TG High Flex Motor wiring harness
- TG 48v Speed Controller with stainless steel bracket to mount in the factory location
- Pre-wired for clean wiring on standard-size crazy cart
- All proper Anderson connectors and hardware

*No Warranty provided if you are using your own battery or over 220lbs.
48v TG Battery is enclosed in tough 3d printed ABS plastic with 3 mounting points to keep the battery secured and safe. Lower screw MUST be installed.
The battery comes with all the needed hardware and plugs directly into the TG speed controller.

For used you just have to hunt for them they pop up on marketplace.
Hey, Im in australia and on your website you guys only sell XL crazy cart upgrades, can I use that on my standard? (I read your desc but still confused)
We sell upgrades for both, if the upgrade is for XL it will not work with standard size crazy cart.
How long does the battery last ? say if I want to go traveling with just this and take a bus Etc… how long would it last and can I carry and extra battery to swap if it does die? I’m feening to buy one but I need to know this.😂

Not sure if this is helpful as it’s been like 5 months but it will last around an hour or two. I recommend getting Milwaukee drill batteries so you can quick swap and drive for ages, but drill bats void your warranty so do it at your own risk. Hope this helps!
If you’re going slow and not always on the throttle, 3 hours, if fast, 1 to 1.5 hours.

I'm new to crazy carts and I ordered an XL yesterday but I struggled for the last week trying to decide between that and the standard cart. Regardless of specs, from a fun perspective, which is more fun?
they are all super fun, normal one is for kids and xl one is for adults
They are both FUN! The XL is larger to transport around vs. the standard size cart.
Will this work with disc upgrade kit to ??
The brake kit is for XL Crazy Carts, this motor upgrade kit in the video is for a standard cart.
Ohh very nice man I’m thinking about getting a stage 5 one off yours and but first thing I wanna do is upgrade the batter as I got a 48v that charges to 55v 20ah 40a had it on a 1800w motor and would last for hours I was wondering would I be able to make it work for longer hours or am I gonna blow the 1000w motor up ???
