- *DUNCANS, Trelawny* - Former Tourism Minister Dr. Wykeham McNeill, set to replace scandal-plagued Dennis Meadows as the People's National Party's (PNP) standard-bearer for Trelawny Northern, is banking on his past performance to secure victory in the upcoming election.
