Beautiful n peaceful community of Duncan's. Much residential constructions in progress. The residents of Duncan's needs to advocate very hard for better roads immediately. We must acknowledge that mist of the damage/bad road is csuse by the heavy construction from trucks delivering material n heavy equipment vehicles etc.
Trelawny is a nice parish. The parish that produces/grows a lot of bananas 🍌 😳. Yes. I like this community. I would live in this community. Well. One drawback is. This community has to have supermarkets, restaurants and department. Shoes 👞 clothing and hardware stores close by. If not. I won't live there. I don't want to be driving to get everything. It is so nice to walk to your neighborhood moms and pops restaurants and Cafés. I like that neighborhood feelings. I also like to support the little people. Rather than the big box stores. 📦 If you know what I mean 😏.
Good morning, Jamaican Insider. Happy Thursday. Nice 😊 Thank you for sharing. You are a long way from home, Matthew. Maybe you already video this from yesterday. Or a few hours ago 😊. If not. Safe driving 🚗 to and back. Yes. Please 🙏 take your time. No speeding, please. 😁👍 Blessings 🙌 and guidance 🙏 always 🙌 🙏 💛 🐣 ✨️ Have yourself a great day. 👍
BREDREN TELL THE PRIME MINISTER THEY NEED TO PUT UP SPEEDING CAMERA ALL OVER THE PLACE ESPECIALLY ON HIGHWAYS AND FLASHING YELLOW WARNING LIGHTS TO WARN DRIVERS TO SLOW DOWN
It is so funny that everyone build up these massive houses and don't even have a proper road to drive on. What they should have done is put together and fix up the road first, instead of building these missive houses just to show off on their next door neighbor.
I understand that taste is subjective, but these are the houses that often leave me shaking my head. Frankly, they have too much going on; too overdone with a thick chunky look. They just don't look refine/sophisticated. Out of all the locations you've toured, this is the first one where I can say that I don't like the houses and the neighborhood, except one, the yellow house at 11:45. The only plus is the view. Since I usually watch while eating or taking a break, I watch all the commercials, except for one that came on a while ago, which fortunately is not a regular on your channel. Thanks for showing us so many parts of Jamaica, JI.
I would live anywhere in Jamaica 🇯🇲 it’s not the Land, it’s some of the people, in life you’ll never have any problems with the Land never, the problem is human beings that’s the problem
The area looks nice the houses are beautiful but the roads are terrible thanks again for your Valdos safety first blessings always

Can you do a new video and drive on Independence Drive, Duncans Hill. I will love to see that street.
Such a beautiful place. Wow!
Trelawny is very beautiful!
Thanks for watching them all and for your honesty.

I happen to be building there, yes the roads are terribly. You didn't drive on my road
Looking for Binnom Buch?
I think the roads put me off
Any land there selling
1. Would I live here? YES. 2. Houses are nice, but too close to each other. 3. Beatufiful scenery 4. Downside - Lousy roads.

I’m with you with that suggestion. Driving on these “pretty roads” is no joke
I guess but I'm afraid of the 🥶
Nice houses, beautiful area, but the roads looks like a war zone.
Why are the roads in these nice and upscale neighborhoods so horrible 😫
Nice community need better road
So massive mansions but these roads are in very bad condition
Ask the developer

It's a bunch of oversize houses on bad roads. No, I would not live there
