It's incredible how the actual combat experience and scenario can improve, perfect, change and evolve the capability of a soldier, pilot or the Marine. All the exercise in the world, no matter how realistic they are meant to be can't replace the actual combat experience. This is one of the greatest advantages that the US military hold over our adversaries. Chinese could build 20 super carriers and have 300 stealth bombers but if their first ever combat was against us, they would be in a world of pain. Our military has been in combat for decades and that is something nobody can get by just throwing money at the problem.
Why can't these channels have actual narrators?? The computer voice... literally made me hit pause so I could finish this comment without my ears bleeding. Then, escape with my sanity while I still have some of it left.
A lot of things changed in how the Strike Eagle was employed in those years. One Wing Commander early in the Strike Eagle history was known to say that the Strike Eagle was a replacement for the F-111. He wanted it to concentrate on deep interdiction. I remember in 2003 being deployed to South Korea and doing training missions in the DMZ and two specific CAS sorties. The first as the lead WSO I gave the nine line. The GFAC was shocked in our load out and play time. He asked if that was for our entire four ship. I replied no that each. Long pause then, “Oh, we don’t have that many targets. He was used to working with F-16s. 😂 Another time and again as lead WSO, I worked with then Capt Nichole Malachowski when she was there as a FAC. It was a undercast day for us and Fifi and I worked out how to do radar CAS. Since she was a Strike Eagle pilot she was familiar with the systems. It worked great. It was so good that the Wing Commander at Osak had Fifi and I brief the Wing on how it was done.
I hate to be cheesy, but I just have to say this is what I love about the American armed forces. Most rules/guidelines are in place for a good reason. But when people are in trouble the lengths that americans will go for one another is moving. Whether it is a young Airman in Vietnam or red tails saving bombers over europe or tafy three fighting to save the marines on a beach in the leyte gulf, this is what our people do. They break the rules when the chips are down, they make things happen, and put themselves in extreme danger for fellow Americans that they probaly have never met.

Whenever I view a video on topics like the F-15 Eagle I hope it will be narrated by computer voice. It seems like that is automatically the topic of hate by so many listeners. But a human voice has to make word pronounced sounds by exhaling and forcing air through the throat. This means that at the end of many sentences the air runs low and it becomes more difficult to hear what exactly was said. I enjoy hearing every word clearly from the first to the last of each sentence when produced by computer. I don't have to lean forward towards my speaker and go backwards on the video to re-hear the end of some sentences. Computers most definitely helped humans not fully capable of building this magnificent machine and I see nothing wrong with computers helping voice the fast moving explanations of it's intricate workings.
What ever made the F15 community think they couldn’t do CAS anyway. CAS is a beautiful thing when you’re in contact. Doesn’t matter if it’s a Cobra or Apache helicopter gunship or a fixed wing aircraft.
Even 18 year olds trying to date know that communication rules the nation. It was true in my day over forty years ago as it is today. I am glad that U.S. forces are finally figuring this out.

These F15 in the video were loaded one Aim 9 air to air missile on each side. And one fuel tank under each wing. No ground attack bombs were mounted on these planes in the video.
From the title I was expecting to see a breakdown of the battle... maybe footage of the engagement and graphics or animations of it somehow. Also an actual person doing the speaking instead of robo-voice.
Hum, I would rather have an A-10 or a Marine Corp attack aircraft flying close air support, both of those pilots would be very good at Close Air Support.
Prior AF F-15 crew chief here (the airmen who are responsible for the plane on the ground). Only ground crew who have done an outstanding job and are recognized by their superiors have the opportunity to take a ride. And no officers are part of the ground crew.

Nice video but please u r killing the whole world 🌎 with the played out ROBO Voice 🤕🤐😂
^^^@Jorge Padro .. Yes absolutely, robot voice no emotion and un-interestingly annoying Chur! :D] .v ..
The narration voice sounds like the NOAA Weather Band Radio robo voice 🤨 Giving me flashbacks of being stuck out on the road in a blizzard for three days when New York State shut down all the interstates.
Had to turn on Closed Caption and mute the sound. My dad was involved with the design and building of this great aircraft and was very proud to work for the Mcdonnell Aircraft Company in St.Louis his whole life.
Thanks Dad for helping build THE air superiorty fighter.
The f15 and f16 are so cool
Come on, enough with computer voices.
I still am feared around the world.
I knew we were deep into the FUBAR when I recognized the computer-generated voice
I love STRIKE EAGLE II ,above all the fighter jets of america.
Thank you to all the US pilots and thank you for your service for protecting our beautiful country.
Video has been ruined by poor choice in narration...
6 minutes 42. seconds in ....... A10 shows up !!! now it’s a fight ! 🤘🤯🤘
These pilots are absolutely amazing!
GOD bless USA and Keep America safe.

These aircraft and pilots so incredible it makes 6 generation aircraft more difficult. Imagine instead of bringing the aircraft so low to drop a ammo drone that ground forces could control.
Click bait for battle harden viewers. There was no battle to see, just clipped together videos pieces and information about it.
Watching this makes me proud to be an American Veteran and Citizen.
Thank you sir for your service
F-15E was feared before Roberts ridge.
It was first feared by Iraqi pilots during the first gulf war when F-15E's were used as extra fighters
Not exactly
F 15 C would mimic F 15 E routes then jump anyone foolish enough to engage
Love the hollow whistle of a F15 on the taxiway! Very unique.
So you're saying the F-15 had no respect for 30 years...please...
The way he said much different didn’t sit right with my spirit 😂😂
Thank you to all the military who watch this. You are the true heroes in the world.
Why are you telling this ,
This should be top secret.
Immediate thumb down for the ear rape. This doesn't get any better.
Can't stand the robo voice .
I'm outa here.
Would have been a good show with a real voice
I like robots.
Strike eagle is a better quality aircraft 12000 hours engine life than su 35 that has engines that only last 1500 hours .
THE F15 EAGLE-FEARED SINCE 2018! SIIIIIKE wtf are you talking about? thats not the battle that made it feared around the world. its 104-0 kd ratio did that. period.
The F15 was feared decades before Operation Anaconda.
Narrator goes to upload video.
YT - "I am not a Robot ☐"
Narrator: "God. dammit".
This is why the marines keep their own air.
3-6 commercials in a short 10 min video is ridiculous...ads are ruining RUclips!!
These F15 in the video were loaded one Aim 9 air to air missile on each side. And one fuel tank under each wing. No ground attack bombs were
mounted on these planes in the video.
From the title I was expecting to see a breakdown of the battle... maybe footage of the engagement and graphics or animations of it somehow. Also an actual person doing the speaking instead of robo-voice.
WTF is the robot voice saying? I can't understand most of it.
I'm guessing of 288,000 views, there were 288,000 seconds watched. Need to change that narration!
Wich one is more likely to make it back to base when ONE engine goes out
Hum, I would rather have an A-10 or a Marine Corp attack aircraft flying close air support, both of those pilots would be very good at Close Air Support.
Does the ground crew ever get to ride in their jet? How many officers are on the ground crew?
Thanks for serving!
Damn good point 🍻👍
Dirk the jerk
Prior AF F-15 crew chief here (the airmen who are responsible for the plane on the ground). Only ground crew who have done an outstanding job and are recognized by their superiors have the opportunity to take a ride. And no officers are part of the ground crew.
@@gilf5891
LOL... There is an officer OVER the ground crew, but doesn't do the outside work
@@thesirmaddog8209 GRINN!!!!!!!! So True!!!!
I like that close air support
I cant listen to this, sorry i am interested in the content, but robotic voice is not for me, will look else where....
500 rounds isn't ground support. Nothing can do the job of the A-10. F-15's belong up high.
Annoying computer voice. Out of video by 2 min.
The 1990's called. They want their computer narrator back.
They tried it because no A10'S were around. The f in f15 is for fighter. The a ina10 is for attack. Good job though.
I lasted 2 minutes. Get rid of the robot voice
She still has a lot of fight in her
Israel really did some work with the F15 back in the I think early 80s, I believe they had the first kills with it. There are a few nice videos about that.
Please get a narrator and not a computer!!!
Uh, the comments regarding the horrible narration are on point.
Where's the battle? You didn't show shit, just a bunch of shots of a jet.
620K 2 minute long views. Nobody can handle the robot voice.
Can't do the AI voice. See ya.
It is nice video However the narration is very irritating I turned the volume to zero and just watched the vide. Get rid of the fake voice put a real person there and it will be better.
F-15 has been feared since the 80s.
Now with the much modified E-X they will continue to dominate. 6th generation will fly point, then these baby's will destroy all identified targets without exposing the F-35's to visual targets.
@@davidmelendez1953 I just learned about the E-X. Why not make a great plane better.
@@brianrad68 yes its amazing to me that these proven fighters where developed and proved themselves for years, with minimum hourly flight cost. The F-15, B-52, and Chinook helicopter, legends
A-10 and F-15 are the sexiest planes in the air.
Voice is a killer.
All these people out looking for work and this channel uses "The Ghost of Stephen Hawking" for a narrator..... :(
Imagine saying that the robot voice is trash to the US military.....
I wanted to watch....but the robot turned me off...bye!
Did they have to use Siri to narrate this?
Holy cow! Refueling at night has to be up there with night aircraft landing as far as pucker factor!😅😅😅😅
😇 james you not pucker but puckish
James, I was a Boom Operator on both KC-135, & KC-10 Tankers. Night time refuelings are an added challenge, but it's just an extra step up the ladder, supported by excellent training to perform the very best job in the Air Force!
👌 mark. wow
Mark Hoffman, thanks but no thanks! I do appreciate your service greatly though!
😇 wow I like kamikaze scene
FFS buy a microphone! After an impressive intro with great music and video that computer voice ruined the whole experience. After 1 minute and 7 seconds I turned it off because it sucks so bad.
Interesting video but what appears to be a computerised commentary degrades the experience. Why use this facility when it simply cannot compete with the human voice?
The F15 will never, ever, ever hope to fly low, slow and loiter like an A-10
I really wanted to watch this but you have got to get rid of that robo reader you are using.
Everyone is complaining about the robot voice. But I will say this. I have heard worse and all y'all should be thankful that the robot voice isn't as bad as it could be.
I really was trying to extract the information from this but I found the robot voice to hard to follow and ultimately never completed the video yet alone looked for others.
Great subject. Poor audio planning. Skip to the next video.
Sorry about that
Yep, sorry. I don't do vids with electronic voices.
Totally sick of automated voice over stolen videos...
voice chip sucks.. Thumbs down.
