Cute! Seeing how you divide your braiding hair really helped me out. That’s one the things I struggle with when trying to braid my own hair. I’ve been procrastinating on it for weeks. So it’s nice to see you do it. Lol your hair always turns out so bomb when you do it!

Just took mine out. Did them small and long. They were cute but like you said after a month I’m ready for something new. I’m in my mini twist phase again though so let’s see how long it’s going to last

I knew you weren’t going to be able to keep the mini twists in for months and months 🤣🤣 just like me. Mini twists are for ppl who would have no problem getting locs for years but just aren’t sure if they would like the style. I call it the minitwist to loc pipeline. Its not meant for us girls who need a new hairstyle every few weeks 😭 . For me, mini-twists would be a one week style and it would be old and fuzzy and I wouldn’t like it anymore
I’m getting boho done professionally for my trip to the islands, but I haven’t done box braids in forever! Maybe when I come back l I’ll give it a try. These are super cute ❤

Hey Blake beautiful braids btw. I have a question. I recently went in on colouring and have blonde hair. When you decided to go black did your blonde ginger hair feel weak? Or okay? Did you ever experience breakage during your blonde ginger moment?
Hey! My hair never felt weak to the touch but did look like it. My curls were frizzy and my hair looked dry and thin specifically when it was blonde. But when I went back dark my hair looked shiny and full. So even though I was taking care of it by trimming and no heat styling the lighter color gave the illusion of weaker hair ( I also did it myself so I’m sure that played a part). And that’s what ultimately made me go back black. Black looks healthier even when it might not actually be lol. As for breakage it wasn’t until I had the skunk stripe that I noticed my bleached hair was getting shorter while the black hair was fine. And at that point I had started using heat again. So yes I did have breakage and my hair wasn’t it’s healthiest when I was blonde but I was able to get ahead of it by ending my color journey.

I watched your video and you used a neutral black dye, was it with 10v developer? Also what brand if you don't mind. So sorry I'll stop after this 🙏🏿
@@ItsOnlyBannor if you’re blonde you’re going to want to deposit a red or orange first. Then go in with your dark brown or black of choice. This will prevent your hair turning green and give a richer dark color. I’m pretty sure I used and kiss or Ardell red color first then used Joico 1N (jet black) permanent color with 10v. I hope everything goes well!
