Hey, You need to tell the same to the recruiters in Amazon, they do have a background verification done, in my case as well, I was working in a gym previously so I didn't have the relieving letter, however they told me to provide the name and number of the HR/Manager of the previous company and everything was good then.
They'll ask for the relieving letter when they do your verification with all other documents so just tell them that you don't have the relieving letters with you
