This made me tear up, I know exactly how you feel. So many people feel the same way you do. There is something bigger than all of us. I truly believe that.
I really like your candor in this video. So relatable and real. I don't always get to do the things that I want to do as far as self care, things I enjoy, etc., simple because I'm a busy mom raising a teenager, while also working full time. By the time the weekend comes, I often only have time to run errands and do household chores. I do my best set aside some time on Sunday to slow down and do some type of self care. I don't have a designated alter, but I do have crystals set around my house and my vision board with affirmations on it, etc. But I think it's time I set a designated area for this. I'm not sure where I would put it, simply because I often find myself lighting candles and doing mini rituals in my kitchen. It's my comfort space and where I sometimes feel the most grounded and focused when doing my "thing", if you will.

I'd love to hear more about your views on spirituality, etc. I class myself as spiritual but not really practicing, although I know it would be helpful. I'd love to chat with you over coffee about it all.
I have 2 debilitating at times chronic conditions and live with chronic fatigue. If all you do in a day or a week is survive, that is a worthy goal. I've had to learn this the hard way as I'm the same and would beat myself up if I didn't achieve them.
I'd also like to know about that and her altar as well. I have chronic pain issues as well as anxiety(and several other health problems). So I fully get where you and Cris is coming from.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. John 14:6
He is the Only One who can give you true peace. The things you are practicing is on dangerous grounds. It opens up the door to evil even if you don’t believe that it does. No judgement. Jesus is the One Who can set you free. You must be born again in Christ to be set free and have a new life made from love and beauty. I will be praying for your scoliosis that God will heal you. I’ve witnessed miracles several times in my life with people around me that have had health issues and sometimes after praying, healing began in their lives. Stay encouraged and stay hopeful. Hope that you have a good day.
The one you speak of is your religion, your beliefs and not everyone else's. Please remember this.
This was such a wonderfully relaxing video. I’ve been making time to declutter my space and goodness it is helping my anxiety and depression. I’ve been meaning to do an at home spa day for months now. It’s so important to make time for ourselves. You can’t pour from an empty pitcher. We can’t give to our loved ones when we have nothing left to give. And that’s so true. As someone that suffers from fibromyalgia, I have to base my days on what my body can handle. The same with the depression and anxiety. I have to pay attention to what my mental health can handle. Good for you for taking care of you. Have a blessed week 😊

This is a great video because it shows you in a vulnerable place. Most people would never allow "the audience" into their inner sanctum. As someone who is absolutely embarrassed at how dirty their refrigerator is - yours is immaculate and I love the grand selection in the door. That made me giggle. Cheers!

Being someone who also has beliefs outside the conventional Christian I have great respect for those who step forward openly to convey their own beliefs. I'm with you, Chris. Hello Cris, and GREAT video! I have those thoughts EVERY morning to where it is a struggle just getting out of bed. But once your body get used to getting up early, it's hard not to, even on the weekends. For me, at least. And I'm someone who prefers routines... Or at least a schedule, lol.

I found your video a few months back I think maybe last year because of Halloween videos .. and I’m obsessed with both of you. I really like you guys so much .. did not know your a spiritual person at all I started my spiritual path since 8 years ago and I notice it help so much with my depression because I found meaning and love in nature in my dog now dogs in magic . I don’t get sad anymore just moving forward anyways I relate so much to you you are so much like me except your smarter lol anyways I hope you read my message . You and Jay are perfect for each other take care of each other ❤and Bella too

Hear me out. That's the freedom with minimalism-ish, when you have less stuff, you don't see the dead leaves and watering that needs to be done. Etc. I took that journey years ago and got rid of so much, though I have found a happy medium. When I feel anxiety rather than the things I'm grateful for, I donate goods and pass them along to others who might want them and free up some space for myself. I've learned the things I have become more important to me, and if they become irrelevant, I declutter again. Like curating for life I suppose. I had a channel once, years ago, for a really long time. I feel you Cris. If the plants are too much, pass a handful of them along and don't feel bad about it. I've even put some near the dumpster and people scoop them up nearly immediately. Xo

I can relate in having anxiety. I also have to meditate and know everything happens for a reason. If I don’t think like that then my mindset would not be very good. I think it would be interesting to hear about you alter but it’s whatever you feel like sharing. I also wanted to say I’m loving your hair.
