I love your video, i buy recently an e30 with m62b44 and i have problem with power steering (it was fitted with electric sistem from fiat) are you using e30 steering rack right? And it's good to use a m62pump or better the m60? I can't wait to see you car complete!
Edoardo I’m using a Z3 rack. I’m using an M60 power steering pump on M62. I forgot why exactly, but I remember reading people saying it’s better
@@esgworks thanks a lot! Z3 rack because the e30 will not handle the m60 pump Or to have a better steering angle? You modify the mount to fit the z3 rack?
Faster turn ratio. I believe it’s 2.8 steering wheel turns lock-to-lock. You just need a full z3 rack with the tie rods and need spacers to secure it to the sub frame. Fairly easy install.
