    Jannik was already hitting increasingly hard at 15-16 years old. Power comes from his technique and fluidity.

    Thank you very much for this great video.
    I would like to know the exact name of the cable machine that Yannick Sinner uses in the video around 0.26 seconds, because I would like to buy it and install it in my private gym at home.
    My wife and I are passionate about tennis, fitness and well-being, and this machine could interest my wife to work with, because my wife does not like to use weight bars and dumbbells.
    Thank you very much and good luck.
    Excellent work and great youtube channel.

    Jannik Sinner has proved to be number 1, beating novak djokovic consistently

    Sinner's backhand technique is not unique (and is inferior to Nole's), his forehand certainly is. I've never seen a player generate so much acceleration on the forehand - while his core strength plays a role, there's simply no way he can do this, without his unique racquet acceleration technique. See how he goes from the racquet face pointing backwards to forwards, in less than a second, just as he is using his 'monkey position' (he really does have a tail for balance) for momentum transfer. And unlike many others, because of his grip and the length of his arm, he's able to do this comfortably with a bent arm. That cushions the blow, makes his action more consistent.

      THE WORKOUT GIVES HIM 20% AND THE TECHNIQUE 80%

      I expected anything but his strength to be mentioned as weak or normal, I mean the backhand What caught my attention most about Sener when I saw him for the first time at the end of the 2020 season was his backhand I think it's the best backhand shot in the round Even after the Shanghai final, a statistic was presented in general, and not in the Shanghai tournament, comparing Siner and Djokovic in terms of serve, reception, forehand and backhand. Sener was superior to Djokovic in every way

    Il rovescio di Sinner non è così inferiore a quello di Nole come dici, ed il suo dritto è migliorato negli anni. Piuttosto che sulla sua la forza mi soffermerei sulla sua elasticità, velocità e resistenza che gli permette di arrivare quasi sempre bene sulla palla e di spingere nel momento giusto, il giusto timing è il 90% del lavoro, se arrivi bene con le gambe sulla palla ed alla giusta distanza il resto è in discesa, e lui ci arriva quasi sempre, è una molla! Per quanto riguarda il braccio steso o piegato deriva dal tipo di impugnatura, se hai l'impugnatura semi western è normale avere il braccio non disteso perché abbassi la spalla e ruoti la racchetta 🤷

    • @ProPlayerTrainingZone
      @ProPlayerTrainingZone  Месяц назад

      Esattamente, sono d'accordo. Sinner ha dimostrato di poter tenere testa ai migliori anche grazie alla sua grande rapidità e capacità di leggere il gioco. Il suo dritto è davvero migliorato, e proprio la sua elasticità e resistenza lo rendono così competitivo. È vero, il timing è tutto, e lui sa arrivare sulla palla nella posizione ideale praticamente sempre. Sul braccio piegato hai ragione: è proprio una questione di impugnatura e stile di gioco. In effetti, con una semi-western, la dinamica del colpo cambia e non serve avere il braccio completamente disteso. Sinner sta trovando il giusto equilibrio e si vede nel suo gioco
