    p type electron has carry positve charge(holes) and N type electrons has negative charge(free electrons)

    Sir , in p type semiconductor holes are known (empty electrons +ve charge).
    In N type semiconductor electrons is known as free electrons ( -ve charge)

    p type electrons are basically generated when electrns leave their place thereby generating a void called holes, actually the electrons migrate due to which a pseudo concept of hole mobility arises.
