Thanks for watching and commenting, Jenna. I agree that my definition is very simplistic and not accurate in all cases. For example, I wouldn't define a formative evaluation in that way. For this little series, I'm targeting practitioners in small and mid-sized nonprofits, where outcome evaluations are by far the most common.
Makes sense! I appreciate you trying to make evaluation more easily understood and I do really like that definition when it comes to outcome evaluation. We are trying to de-mystify evaluation within University of Wisconsin-Extension as well.

I use your definition too when it comes to outcome evaluation. But depending on the evaluation question, that definition may not apply.

Is the bank don't have accest to our records , and how to collect all my property how to know what I invest ?
