We love the Dutch design and cabin vibes. However, KLM's Business Class on the Boeing 777-300 leaves much to be desired. Despite the welcoming crew, the seats feel cramped and lack privacy. The lie-flat beds are comfortable enough for a relatively short flight. The in-flight entertainment system provides a wide selection of movies and shows. The food quality is mediocre, and the wine selection is underwhelming. The cabin crew's service, though polite, often falls short of expectations. Overall, KLM's World Business Class on the Boeing 777-300 may not be our first choice in looking for a world class business experience.

It could be such a great product, but the Catering is a complete desaster. It looks cheap, the taste is disgusting and the amount is just too less! And on top are the unprofessionell and rude flight attendants. I only fly them anymore in case of a good deal. I do not expect anything anymore on a KLM flight but every single time they still surprise me with less quality.
Thanks for comment Marten. I am looking forward to see the new 1-2-1 seats in their 777s. I am sure it can be a game changer on the hard product. On the soft product, you are totally right, the food is disgusting in the past 1-2 years and the cabin crew will never go the extra mile. A pity, I love the overall Dutch design.
@@PremiumTravelClub You are completly right! I also loved the dutch Spirit. Before Covid I loved KLM! I had so many incredible flights, great and friendly FAs and awesome food. But 3 years later absolutly NOTHING left. They even not longer adress you by name in their World Business Class. Before Covid always the Purser came to every seat to welcome the guests. Not anymore. On my last flight to Nairobi I had a good talk to the Purser of my flight with KLM. She totally agreed with all of my complains and was also not verry happy with the new KLM "standard".
@@marten.travelling.11 agree, it is also tougher for them now - they need to work longer hours, back to back for few days sometimes. They still need to hire back at pre-pandemic level at least.
@@PremiumTravelClub& book a seat next to @marten ( Not KLM) 😅 ps. On all my recent ( approx 6 per year ) Intercontinental C. class flights with KLM the purser welcomed me and knew my name. This also applies to my weekly European travels.
. I frequently fly Swiss, United, Emirates. No complaints . Mr. Marten probably never flew KLM & you should not. I might end up with u next to me😂
@@Rick-ge1ri Last year I had 6 Interconti flights with KLM and this year already 5 and on NO SINGLE FLIGHT they adressed us by name!

when did you fly? thought they switched to the new 1:2:1 format last year. 2:2:2 is just not acceptable for an international longhaul now days.
Hi Brian. It was in July ‘23 if I remember well. KLM is in the process to reconfigure all their 777s to 1-2-1, but it will take 1 more year.

@@brianguan784 excellent, it's a huge difference. I just checked AMS-GRU for March and I can see that every day is different - some days the old config, some days the new one.
I disagree for 100 %. My experiences with KLM last 25 years are good. See other reviews from pax on RUclips last 6 month's...Biased. .book another airline and be happy.
I respect your opinion as well.
Fortunatly we live in a free world. So everyone is allowed to create own opinions because of different experiences. If you had good experiences it is OK, but many customers had bad experiences including me.
