Thanks, that’s useful. I tend to be weak on bridges. Sometimes use a spoken verse or half verse, or an instrumental break. This video would have benefited from giving a good example of each of the five types mentioned.

I just realized I accidentally posted twice! You can delete one of themmm. But to answer your other question, I play with traditional and then the prechorus one. Tried to have an instrumental bridge but we actually ended up adding lyrics in-studio
