These contract-based jobs not only ensure votes from their families-who fear losing their livelihood if the government changes-but also allow the party to maintain a stronghold. The same pattern is being observed in other government offices, like the RTO and even in schools. This situation is particularly concerning given the high unemployment rate, as qualified candidates from villages and other districts are being sidelined in favor of party loyalists, who are being offered jobs on a contractual basis, compelling them to show unwavering loyalty to the party to secure their employment.

1. the main accused is the son of political leader Soumen Mahapatra. and hes nowhere to be found. the rest are interns and pgts (Arshean, Golam, Shahbaz and a few more people whose names are yet to come out), these people used to run a s-x and drug racquet in the chest department of RG Kar MCH
2. the principal, Sandip Ghosh, was aware of this racquet and has tried his best to protect these people. he has extremely good ties with TMC and is under their protection as well (his resignation was not accepted and he has been transfered to another prestigious medical college as a principal)
3. the case is supposed to be handed over to CBI tomorrow but guess what? They have started "renovation work" at the chest department, 5 metres away from the scene of crime.
Efforts are being made to hide the real mastermind.
