Somehow... He needs to disturb the yellow and brown...
No...
Somehow... He needs to fluke the yellow...
You never know...
You never know...
There’s six pockets on the table...
THERE’S SIX POCKETS ON THE TABLE!!!
THERE’S SIX OF THEM YOU KNOW!!!
AND HE’S ON THE GREEN!!!
And this... to equal Stephen Hendry’s all time record of centuries
YES!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEPHEN!!!
YOU COULDN’T MAKE IT UP!!!
WHAT... A... MATCH!!!
Amazing commentary from JV there.
It's never a fluke with Ronnie
John Virgo is the Murray Walker of the green baize...
That Murphy vs King sequence was a classic for sure. Mark King fluking his way through the colours, then that amazing fluked snooker, and Sean missing it twice. Commentatur humour to top it off🤣 Sheepishly helping to get the balls out after ...
"he might not even look at the cueball when he hits this" what an awesome call
This makes snooker fun
1:58 ... and the first time Kyren Wilson has ever been caught on camera smiling!
actually he often smiles
@@AngrierGorilla not often but when he does its nice to see
Love Milkins style of play! Especially when he gets in rythym... Overall... snooker is by far the best entertainment here in the U.S. as these guys have as much class as they have in talent and personality...
There where some outrageous flukes in this compilation.
Класс!!! "Удачно падающие шары". Видеть это, одно удовольствие, особенно улыбки на лицах людей. 💋
34:56 who was the ref? 😍
also want to know this!
You are a pleasure to watch
Bravo to everyone
Keep going and good luck
17:30 Robertson must be thinking (after 3rd fluke of ronnie) that century machine is maybe fluker of the year hahaha :D
02.51 to 02.54 the four secondsshow the character of what make and mettle great snooker players are of.......
Снукер - 👍 Игорки - супер!!!
Some of these were actually played for. No luck involved, just skill
well, luck involved, but not flukes
All of them are flukes.. get your shit straight
Wilson's shot 2:00 red in-off the other, was quite possibly played for and the other red going in as well wasn't really lucky - would have been lucky if it had stayed over the pocket!
Lucky flukes
Obviously you're not a player
18:14. This player keeps reminding of the actor Danny Webb. Here he is again at 21:16. And again at 23:16.
Mark King and Mark Williams are quite fun to watch when they fluke.
You've gotta be good to be lucky.
Christ that 43mins flew by
Why did that referee say"ORDER" ? Spontaneous applause for a fluke like that should be expected and encouraged.
Alex Higgins best shots
How lucky can you get? 34:38 Getting to play a shot, when it is your opponent's turn.
Allen is Master of flukes
that was a great set of games and a cool set of players...loved it...
8:31 "Is this the winner of the World Championship we are looking at here?"
THERES 6 OF EM YOU KNOW
I love you for putting the thumbnail clip in first
Amazing.
You got to feel sorry for mark selby. He is a great player but never gets the luck of the ball.
"Wait for it, wait for it"
"Hold on, Hold on"
"Hello, hello"
Hey..these guy's play like me!
- 'Ol Spray and Pray.
Single, double, *triple.*
"Treble" refers to the high frequency pitch in music.
I get the embarrassment of the guy making the fluke, it's got something to do with honor and professionalism, but the angry responses of some of the "victims" who act like the other guy cheated. I mean, c'mon, it's bound to happen once in a while when your whole live revolves around the snooker table, right?
I don't remember seeing the hands up apology when watching as a kid. That was part of the game getting some luck for your ball to go in on miscalculated hit. Especially when it can easily go the other way and be a foul!
2:02 Watch the score. There is no add 2 button on the snooker scoreboard it seems. :p
It has because the yellow worth 2 points but they must click 2 times on red ball to the program know it is 2 reds in order to get the correct points remaining on the screen!
O'sullivan did Roberston dirty lol all those flukes
19:45 not a lot of people in the audience but no clap no shout. everybody is just embarrassed. the best moment !
No shout no clap? They almost all clapped and made noise.
@@FastWorkers Now that makes more sense lol. My bad I should checked the one before and after haha. Thanks for uploading by the way!
Fckng awesome

Anybody know how many pockets are on the table?
I'm not sure.
I'm pretty sure it's 1. But you never know. YOU NEVER KNOW!
@@asphixiem There is an elliptical pool table with only one pocket. :)

@@josepherhardt164 I was right! Lmao. This doesn't bode well with the sarcasm of the first comment I made. Woosh.

That shot at 0:25 may be the most RIDICULOUSLY complicated fluke I have EVER seen. A TIMING shot where the ball bounces and gets hoisted OVER a blocker to the side pocket. HILARIOUS. I'd love to see Massey or Venom try to recreate THAT shot. In fact I think I will send this link at that time to Julian's site and see if he'd like to take it on. Massively ridiculous! Hell of a find, uploader. ;-)
Hendry predicted that Mark Williams going to win WSC. What a bold claim at the time!
What about Ronnie asking what the prize for a 147 was after only 1 red and 1 black
Mark SELBY en état de grâce, de 29'48" à 31'04"... C'est énorme !
19:56. Look at that Milkin's face :D
You should see my wife playing the ball never goes into the pocket she's aiming for, Virgo would have a field day watching her play
08:15 Que bola do caralho foi essa?! É pra aplaudir de pé.
And today worlchamps begins.. Wonder how many flukes you will see there...
How about Gilbert's tonight's fluke? :P
6:11 - He's plotting 9 way to kill that guy
4:40 or maybe he think of the karma for his fluke :P
I've never seen a game where people apologize for making a ball. Accidentally or not, it's just strange. I mean, in a weird way I kind of understand why, but it's still strange
16:05 "it was a hit and hope and he forgot to hit it"
Hllo
Snooker crowd when almost impossible shot is made: clap clap
Snooker crowd when fluke happens: yehaaa, lets goo, fuckin' let's gOOGOGOGoGO
I don't get why some of these snooker players get so moody, and disgusted when a fluke, shot goes in, or why the other player has to apologise. As long as its legal that,,'s the main thing
Because it's a game of skill.
I really wish the guy would stop saying... Hang on, hang on...
17:54
Straight out of the Efren Reyes magician hand book.
in Malaysia we call ball like that”AMKONG”
Hi there please make a compilation of left handed players thanks in advance
@@FastWorkers sure waiting anxiously
Ronnie is the best left handed and right handed player he is the only player
I do not think King's blue was a fluke, it's a know position for cocked hat double.
Don't ever say my Ronnie got lucky
Wee grumpy Maguire lol he canny hide his anger
So is it customary for a player to apologize for a fluke? After I heard it mentioned I noticed almost every time they raise their hand up for a second
It’s more sportsmanlike. It’s acknowledging that they didn’t mean the shot
Marco Fu is actually one of my favorite players .
I still can’t believe Fury got up!
Wou👍👍
Ils y quand même pas mal de coup qui ont l’air d’avoir été pensés avant. Tout est pas que dû à la chance.
☺️
I thought that you were not allowed to leave the chalk on the table? 2.02
You can as long as this is your shot.
I don't understand why players do the "I'm so sorry" hand thing when they get a fluke. It's obviously not intended and it's part of the game. I would be going "fucking hurray", as they secretly do inside.
A fair few of these aren't luck but skill.
So did you have special audio algorithm for finding these? Caption hunting?
Hmm same question? I mean how could you manage to find this rare footage
Common word in almost every clip (I wasn't listening for it, but noticed it after several) is 'fluke'. Probably screened by that...
I'D LIKE TO SEE THESE SHOTS MADE, BUT AFTER THE COMMENTATOR CALLS THE SHOTS FIRST. wITH THE AID OF ALREADY SEEING IT, COULD FOOL OR AMAZE PEOPLE.
The commentator keeps saying, "he needs to hit it and make it safe," just before he pots it. Nowhere on the table is really safe, as this video amply demonstrates. But... the pocket IS 100% "safe". You opponent in snooker can never ever pot a ball you have already potted.
until the reds are gone, any colour your opponent pots you can still pot
A lot of these pots are not flukes.
Every time someone flukes a ball, they ALWAYS switch to a shot of the opponent's face. It really fucking annoys me.
The fact that this is a 45 minute video tells me that so-called "flukes" are very much part of the game, especially with 22 balls and 6 pockets on the table. Every player has been on both sides of such shots, so they all need to stop apologizing.
I was about to write the same thing. There's a point where it's not luck anymore, Murphy has hit more 'flukes' than intentional shots lol
“sO CaLlEd flukes”
Clearly you don’t play. Lol.
One of the funniest interviews out there is about the no look shot where he plays the double length of the table looking at the object ball not the cue ball. People have been calling it pot of the season, and he goes “haha, it’s nice, but obviously people who know the game realise it was just a massive fluke”.
If you take the number of scoring shot per round times the number of tournaments times the at least 40 years this covers as one player was cliff Thorburn that gives you about 30 million scoring shots so 45 minutes isn’t long at all ( 37x 340 x 60 x 40 = 30.192.000 ) roughy 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was bored 🤣🤣🤣
Contrast these to the number of regular shots played in any given tournament, and you'll realize that they are still very much flukes, and are incredibly rare.
@@doomse150 I think I’m must be misunderstanding I took it that he was saying there are a lot of flukes in the game hence a 45 minute video I believe that the number of shots in the game verses the number of flukes mean that they are very rare 🤷♂️
If you have time to watch only one shot, start watching at 20:10. It doesn't even look legal. Speaking of legal, does the guy at 22:13 remind you of this guy: ruclips.net/video/CZXrONjaaqQ/видео.html
Drinking game: Every time you hear a commentator say 'Hang on' in this video, take a shot.
I don't want alcohol poisoning lmao
Or "would you believe It?" 😂😂
Every time someone in this video takes a shot, the commentator says "Hang on!"
first comment?
Sounds like they are watching football
2:50 I forgot how fat was Allen in those days. Good for him for loosing all this weight.
😎😎😎😎
why do they look so unhappy about it?
Luck is humiliating. In reality though, the games where you play bad and win by luck and perseverence, is the best games. But don't tell anyone, cause it's a secret.
Andrew Webb they're wondering why they can't do it more often 😂
Only Ronnie felt so embaraced making a fluke . Legend !!
Yeah, but it's funny how everyone cheers when he does it. 🤔 Everyone else gets a groan of disapproval. 😒
Imagine a frame or a complete match, or even an entire tournament where both players are trying to lose and John Virgo happily commentates?
"Oh, and that's a bad miss!" XD ruclips.net/video/BZTiRdcURuI/видео.html
6:04
How did that spin like that?
17.33 that wasnt lucky
I learned all call shot and that kind of crap cost u
At School, i was teached that "often" was told without the "t" as If it was told ofen. Why commentators say ofTen so?
40min of flukes and only 1 is Trump's. And people call him lucky.
There is only ONE black, so it is not on "a black" but on "THE black!" What is happening to English Grammar? I call a foul on this simple grammatical miscue!
Second ^_^
Why are snooker players so miserable? The ones getting the flukes barely crack a smile and the opponents look like they could kill someone.
Because it is shameful (for pros) to fluke a shot on a snooker table. If you fluke a pot it says that you are not a good player. Complicated to explain.
Complicated to mansplain, maybe, but easy as hell to laugh at the OP's comment and leave a 👍.
It was a rhetorical question pal.
It's their jobs really. For most of us snooker is a hobby. How pissed off do you get at work when someone else feels the benefit of messing up.
Flukes arent always a good thing. Alot of the time getting a fluke completely disturbs the plan they had made out.
For example: A player has a potential to pot a ball but its a very difficult shot so they decide to go for a safety shot instead to snooker their oponment or give them a very tough shot.
Next thing, they pot the ball by pure accident and end up snookering themselves.
@@OrdinaryHandsome Luck happens to anyone - all the top players have had flukes - they are still top players!

@@Kas1645 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
iwe timer john higgins
Nope. There's one on every table.
i mean, it's not a fluke if it's the exact shot they're going for.
Why do snooker players apologise for potting a fluke when it’s the objective of the game
Why do they apologize? Is there anything rude in making a fluke?
Right. Most of the time you have to be good enough to get lucky
There's nothing rude about fluking something. All the bounces are fair game. What the players apologize for is for 'missing' the original shot and now because of the fluke they are still at the table shooting. You could call that not completely fair for the outcome of the game.
I see no point of this kind of videos, everyone does this.
Don't watch them then, whiny.
I wish players would stop apologizing for flukes, luck is a factor in snooker, the behaviour of the balls is unpredictable and flukes are extremely entertaining, stop being embarrassed and stop apologizing, it is just as much a fluke to pot a red on the break but no one apologizes for that.
Kamentatari PRIDURKI😂😂😂
