Possibly answered below, but the reason you could not remove the Hauler reconfig is that you had haulers configured - if you removed them by clicking the - then you could remove the reconfig machine. I had this issue with the mining reconfig
Exactly what I would like to suggest to you. There are three different sizes and if you would build some more Landing Platforms, you could load more Cargo Pods at once. Given you have enough Hauler drones to transfer the goods... Also try to clean up your belts, this way one would get a headache following this system, though it works, granted. It could be much more compact and cost efficient if you would change around the recipes in the Smelters. In your case, the utmost right belt with Iron Oxide goes all the way to the left into the first Smelter on the left side of the room. It would have been much more cost efficient and easier if you would change the Aluminium Smelter into the Iron Recipe, so to directly connect to it. Just as an example. Make more of these tweaks along the way and you'll do just fine. And also keep some more money in your pocket at the same time. ;-) Good luck buddy, greetz from the Netherlands
Loving the series so far. A couple if things, if you don't mind. Could you explain or show how you got your cargo rovers to drop the contract they were on after you cancelled it on the contracts screen? Also, I'm not sure if you're aware, but I believe there is a way to swap the in parts and out ports on your smelting and production buildings. That could make your belt layout a bit easier. One last thing. It appears that the order list in the playlist may be out of order. I'm seeing ep 4 as being the first in line and ep 1 as being the last. I checked the settings on my end and they appear ok. Thought you might want to know.
I still haven't figured out how to get the cargo trucks to drop a contract. I will have to get back to you. Moving ports would be interesting. Are you maybe talking about flipping the machine. Can use the T key for that. I have fixed the playlist order. Thanks.
I know I'm late to the party, but if you had a one block space between the belt of your bus, can you tap off the bus by going straight into an underground belt?
Hi There. I have a little, unanswered - yet - problem. Engineers. They are at places...but mostly nowhere. I have a lot of factories which are really need Efficiency boost, but there is no button for set how many Engineers should go and work. Does it have any set for this? or is it just random where are they going?
@@surtrplays Hi again. I figured it out, but need test more. Priorities and workshift settings. I put highest priorities and switch off every other work for Engineers, cook, byo, etc. and give big work hours, 80%, but that could be too high, it will turns out. It seems they go more often to that factories what I like.
I really wish the bots would prioritize materials that are scattered on the ground before going to storage
It would be nice if any priorities worked.
I love it when that happens talking for an hour without recording makes it even more fun for the episode

At this stage I believe it is a bit random but I haven't looked too deeply into how colonists work.
