Oh my god this is actually real. I remember going to my public library and playing this on the kids computer. I played the first one and third one so damn much, the tune during it and him spinning in his chair is engrained in my brain. This was honestly horrifying and still is.
I remember playing this game every time I went to the library as a kid. It's still there. I took a kid to the library today and we spent at least half an hour playing through it together.
I haven't thought about this in an eternity. It was literally a forgotten memory until I saw the thumbnail. My mind is BLOWN. Also, this is probably what inspired Baldi's Basics.
Ah, one half of the duo of games that haunted my childhood. I think it took me moving houses twice before I stopped seeing the skeleton and/or the big bad wolf coming after me in the dark. Those were......times.
Memories of playing this at the public library, this was the first time Iearned how to type on a keyboard-I learned how to type my name. So many memories Jesus
I couldn't play the Me and My Day thing because I was SO scared of the book, and then the utter TERROR of running out of food?! I could not deal with that.
This game and some weird art game were on my local libraries computer! The art game was 3d so you could make rabbits jump out of holes when you clicked on the screen or confetti explode and it would make art!
I played this game on my dad’s computer when I was 2-3 years old. I just graduated highschool and pursuing my dream of becoming a neurosurgeon. This game played a major role in my lifelong dream of becoming a doctor, and I’ve finally found the game that started it all.
Wow, so many memories! This is my earliest memory of first learning how to use a computer. My elementary had this game and many others, on floppy discs for us to use during "computer time". Thanks for sharing!
Please PLEASE let there be a remastered version I can play soon!! The hunt I went through to find this from my childhood, the absolute desire to play it is going to kill me!😂 I freaking loved this game.
I played this until I could assemple the entire body long before the bomb exploded, like a champ. Looking back, I'm glad this gave me the bases I needed to know about my own body.
21 here but i was just watching Ghosts (michael jackson) music video and he turns into a skeleton and its so cheesy looking it made me remember this lmao
You can't imagine my search history trying to find this game I CAN'T BELIEVE I ACTUALLY FOUND IT!! I got the CD of this game from a cereal box back when i was a kid. I was always creeped out by this genre of bad 3D computer graphicss and yet i was always awestruck and coming back to play them 😭
This is blowing my mind. I completely forgot this existed until finding a download of it on an old games website. I played the hell out of this game when I was a kid.
MEMORIES UNLOCKED! I used to play this during computer lab time in grade school. The Me and My Day one was so stressful because I couldn't figure out how to get him what he needed (because the activities were random) and was constantly dehydrating him!
Holy crap dude! I played this game in my second grade PC's and keyboard class back in 2002. Such a crazy feeling when you unlock such old memories. Thanks for posting!
I remember playing this in elementary school in the early 2000s! I always try to find old games or shows I've played bc I can never tell if they were something I dreamed about or acually experienced lol
I used to play this at daycare. This girl Emily Wisnefske and I used to laugh so hard at him tapping his hand along to the music in the first game lol. I am nearly 30 and had to google this.
I used to play this so much when I was a kid. Until one night, while I was playing 'Me and my Day', creepy music started playing. I thought something weird was going on, so I turned down the speakers, but the music kept getting louder. I freaked out and ditched the computer and refused to go back into the room until the screensaver started playing. Then I ran in, pushed the power button to kill the pc, and never played the game again. I still don't know what made that music, but it really felt like it was coming from the speakers. I don't even remember what it sounded like. But it definitely wasn't something I had heard before, and I haven't heard it since either.
I never thought I'd hear a convincing "creepypasta" story about this game of all things. I wish I could say I'd had the same experience and provide an explanation but I'd be lying, so I'm afraid you may have to be haunted by it for the rest of your days. The Me and My Day thing creeped me out too but that was because I was scared the Seymour would "die" because I didn't look after his physical needs.
@@blakedavis1852 haha yeah that's creepy too now that I think about it. I think Seymour "dying" didn't really register in my adolescent brain as something that would happen while I was playing it. I did however hallucinate a giant spider staring at me from the trash chute when I went to throw something in it one night, and I was absolutely terrified of going near it for a good few years. So I wouldn't really put it past my then-developing brain to be messing with me on both accounts lol.
I remember this. I believe I played it in 3rd grade. Keep in mind I was born in 2002 (5 years after this game came out), so I played it much later than 1998.
Damn, I used to play this on my dad's old PC, and it was the only videogame I had access to for a very long time, as we had no internet back then... feels so surreal now, especially considering what modern kids play on their phones... Damn, I feel old and grumpy... but at least I knew some anatomy as a child thanks to this (probably more so than my parents)!
Oh my god this is actually real. I remember going to my public library and playing this on the kids computer. I played the first one and third one so damn much, the tune during it and him spinning in his chair is engrained in my brain. This was honestly horrifying and still is.
Me too, that guy always gave me a chuckle. He's awesome!
Hey same!
SAMEEE
Yeah, I also remember playing this at a library in ohio. I don't know why, but that computer also had world of goo on it, as well as some ant game.
OMG SAME I LOVED THIS GAME SO MUCH ESPECIALLY WHEN HE ATE THE SANDWICHES AND DRANK THE LEMONADE THE NOISES WERE ALWAYS IN MY MEMORIES 24/7
“Before we start- - I need to know something. Have you used this disc before?” THAT ONE LINE WILL BE ETCHED INTO MY BRAIN UNTIL THE DAY I DIE
I had purged that from my mind but you recalled it and now life is hell.
For me, it's the way Seymour says "IT'S THE PELVIS!"
Some kid in class would laugh so hard at it and he'd play it over and over.
I played this as a kid! Never occurred to me that seemore skinless is a reference to Seymour Skinner from the Simpsons
I always assumed that it was “see more skinless”, as in you can see more of his body (his bones and organs) when he has no skin
I'm pretty sure it's not a reference... Alliteration is a good naming device
Tf is Seymore Skinner
@@fungusmoon it’s probably one of those old Multi-Puns from the 70s
My gosh I would spend hours and hours playing through Me and my Day. Thank you for the video, it's fun to reminisce!
You're welcome. 😊
when i was a kid, i played this on the library computers
Me too the purple ones with the colorful keyboards?

Hey pre-teens, this is what Baldi's Basics is making fun of.
LOL. I wonder why I was a bit familiar with Baldi's Basics when I first saw it a couple months ago. It turns out this game is a clone of it. :D
LOL, I'm a preteen who PLAYED this-
Send help
Funny thing is this actually looks really good for 1997 edutainment!
lol you make fun of them because of the year they were born in.

I remember playing this game in my local library. It was so much fun at the time and I really hope it’s still there. It was so much fun
I remember playing this game every time I went to the library as a kid. It's still there. I took a kid to the library today and we spent at least half an hour playing through it together.
I just randomly thought of this at 3am. I haven’t played this since I was a little kid at my local library. I loved playing this game. What a trip.
I haven't thought about this in an eternity. It was literally a forgotten memory until I saw the thumbnail. My mind is BLOWN. Also, this is probably what inspired Baldi's Basics.

Ok so basically everyone had this game at their library's!
They need to bring these kinds of edutainment games onto Steam.
I remember going to the library with my parents and spending the entire time playing this on one of the computers. So nostalgic

I remember playing this in elementary school! Now I’m taking medical terminology classes.
When you pull the switch in “What I’m Made of”, the electricity special FX reminds me of that famous scene from Fritz Lang’s Metropolis (1927)
So many nostalgic memories have been made with this game and me.
The "me and my day" game is impossible
