Keep singing please!!! I think your voice has huge potential. It's striking, emotionally driven and sparky. You have great control. Please don't loose sight of the fire inside you! It never dies. A song can echo through generations and you have the god given talent to leave a mark, a blessing on your fellow brothers and sisters. Stay true to yourself, know yourself and focuse on a dream way bigger than the one you live in! Be good my friend. Your brite voice helps those of us living in this darkness. I know you live in a deeply contrasting existence, transmute it into the art we all see in front of us! Music is the highest expression of the human soul and the human voice is by far the most beautiful instrument in my opinion! Thank you for sharing your gift with us! Highest blessings!
In a normal world, you should play in a band and have millions followers...are you pro, maybe in classical music, or something ? You're really stunning...i have to sit to not fall. 😅😊❤
Hey Jess!! Te Amo...Your voice is beautiful..Your cover of Wuthering Heights, I've listened to it countless of thousands of times..I love it when your voice penetrates the music, giving similar depth to Kate Bush..it's charming.
I just started singing and i actually sing almost the same songs as you do..but not on yt yet😅...just in the bathroom and Fb...i am a big fan of your voice!
Hey Jess!! Te Amo...Sua Voz é linda..Seu Cover de Wuthering Heights, ouví-lo inúmeras de milhares de vezes..Adoro quando sua voz penetra na música, dando profundidade similar a da Kate Bush..é encantador.
WOAH!!! Haven't heard from you since forever. At least your awesome vibrato is still pretty good. Now I hate to sound rude or giving too many suggestions, but I remember you did an operatic song at least once or twice on here. If I were to suggest another piece or two to cover, perhaps you could branch out with something, particularly your vocal range - I had "Glitter and be Gay" in mind for one. Personally, the best version EVER is covered by one of my favorite singers in the WORLD, her name is Denise Leigh and her version is super hard to find so I put it on my channel a few years ago. I swear you'll LOVE it! Have you also ever thought of the famous "O Mio Babbino Caro"? I made a playlist of my favorite versions of that aria, but since you can't really put links in comments, the only lead I can give you is that you can click on the playlists I've made and then the one about "O Mio Babbino Caro". I also made a playlist of Denise Leigh's best solos, which includes both aforementioned songs. Some other playlists include some other favorite singers too.
Thanks! Love both of those! They're just very difficult and I worry I couldn't really do them justice because I'm not actually a trained singer. 😅 Maybe someday I'll work up to them!
@@Jess.Anderson HNot trained? ...um... if I were to say "GIVE ME A BREAK" that probably wouldn't mean anything, but I'm serious your vibrato is pretty awesome. And even the top voice scientist Joyce DiDonato has a very similar vibrato. What about this... if you want to take your vibrato to the next level, the true and unheard-of secret is... ready for this... the trill technique. Again I can't put links in comments, but if you look up Joyce DiDonato teaching how to trill, she pretty much says that this is the healthier way to improve vibrato or get it up to the next level with a month or more of daily practice. In fact, there are a lot of professional singers who absolutely hate / shun ((properly) quicker vibratos and contend that a "wobble" vibrato is healthiest for the voice. Those are true vocal idiots. I just want to point this out before a wobble ever possibly takes a toll on your voice because wobbles are irreversable in most singers, but Joyce DiDonato has the "medicine" for it. A wobble starts out around 5.5 oscillations per second. With DiDonato's vocal exercise, most singers who had maybe an average of 5.5 in the past have boosted to a 6.5 at least, sometimes even a 7. I honestly feel like with the more singers ending up having forcedly slow wobbles under the influence of wrongly-opinionated vocal coaches, especially being taught by old people who have serious wobbles just from old age, I want to save wobbles from becoming the sad but true commonality. Unfortunately a serious wobble seems to be the case these days with a ton of singers, particularly those who think 'well if my old teacher is wisest, she must have the wisest vibrato, so I'll sound like her.' - that's actually on the road to irreversable damage caused by a wobble vibrato. There are plenty examples of wobbles which most people wouldn't call a wobble, but it's sad but true. I'm too afraid to give names of currently living singers, but I'll quick mention that Maria Callas' adult voice was purely a wobble vibrato - and even if she tried to trill she couldn't. Although Maria's childhood voice was super amazing though.
Please, could you do a song by Danish singer Hanne Boel? For example "There's a light in your heart", "All it takes", "I wanna make love to you", "Come into my garden". Big hits in the nineties here.
