FINALLY. FINALLY. A barbell shrugged podcast without any weird tangents about barking scrotums. A barbell shrugged podcast where guys finally let the guest speak the majority of the time. This was an awesome and informative podcast.
When I first saw this come in my inbox I wasn't too excited but this is by far my favorite episode that I've listened to. I'll definitely be listening to this one a couple more times.
Fantastic episode that I feel is very applicable to the every day bloat who is being pitched the T Cream. I'm going to try a couple of different things first before I jump to the supplementation. Great Episode!
The app f.lux is great for making the brightness on your laptop screen less harsh on your eyes at night. It automatically changes the tint of the screen to a yellowish tone that is better for your eyes once it gets dark outside. You just turn it on and forget about it. There are also different tinting options on there you can choose from depending on how your eyes react to it. I highly recommend it!
great information! sure this help my training, especially during days when i'm feeling 'flat' or 'less strong'...wish they covered this stuff in the biomedical aspect of my dietetics degree! hope you guys meet some other knowledgable people at the paleo conference and maybe have some interviews on paleo experts talking about low carbohydrate and how the is beneficial is keep insulin levels down, and thus preventing weight gain...extending on what Gary Taubes mentioned in the crossfit seminar!
great episode! Watched it twice to get all the info... one suggestion though, when the hosts ask a question, please let the expert respond fully. Too often, he would be interrupted mid-response by some comments from the hosts and never get back on track with his answer.
No it's not it is really quite large for example you'll need at least a ten hour flight to get to where I am. Also considering that we only know one "world" it is hard to draw a comparison to whether or not it is "small". Maybe a better statement is that it is a small planet. #adolfhitler #josephdjugashvilli #heinrichhimler #hermangoerring #treetrunkfuckbitchtits #monsterfartatron #jesusbangedobama #jaimieoliver #gordonramsey #michealjacksonwasntwhitehealwaysworeamask
Fantastic episode! I wish I had taken notes, he rattled off so many supps, ha! I'm curious if these same methods and supps apply to women in the same way? (Granted our testosterone levels will suffer by comparison to men but we still produce it and need it.) Thanks for this episode, has to be one of my favorites! Super informative stuff!
It's Austin Texas for goodness sake, some people sweat when its hot. And for those that criticize voice, repeated use of words, etc. Get a life! It must be lonely in your "I'm so perfect land!"
I've been taking 5-15mg of melatonin every night for about a year. How would I go about balancing out my endocrine system after that long? I've built up quite a tolerance and can't sleep unless I take melatonin and I know it's not just a psychological dependence.
Sounds like this.. Gonna try it amazon order coming thanks 200 MG magnesium 500mg l tryptophan 100mg 5htp 3mcg melatonin I already take 3,000 ius d3 in beginning of the day.
Very informative episode (like usual). The title is a little bit hilarious and so specific. All we need to do is sleep with Dr. Kirk Parsley to naturally increase testosterone :) All joking aside, thanks for this info. Truly great
You guys have a lot of awesome info but these videos are way to long. . About an hour to long between work, training, cooking and eating there is no time to watch the whole video at once
Realistically they should be more aware of how to make their elite soldiers better, but if a seal is on a mission for two weeks how is he to get his test sups, he would be worse off than before. On a mission when it is most critical. They need to be all natural
I love Chris Moore but it was great for this interview for him not to be there so the expert would talk. still love chris but he isn't great for interviews.

Bledsoe; thank you very much for asking that question! I'd be curious as to how Pot affects your training, and your overall body composition.
So informative - great episode!
Very interesting and knowledgable guy.

Is there any resource about vitamin D's role in the synthesis of serotonin? Would be nice to see some evidence there.
Thx
So does the time you go to sleep matter? 10-6 vs 12-8? I have heard that 10-6 is the ideal time for sleep but who the hell goes to sleep at 10?
So what types of vitamins is he really advising? Vitamin D3/ Magnesium?
