    वेद ईश्वर की वाणी है और वेदों के अध्ययन से आनंदायी कुछ भी नहीं हैं।

I heard lectures of shri Oak, who is scholar in Indic literature, he quotes in his lecture and also proved with modern science that, rigved is around 21000 to 22000 years old. Then Ramayan is around 14000 years old, Mahabharat is 6000 to 7000 years old. You can watch his video on you tube.

    Mrugendra Ji,
Can I make a suggestion which you surely have already thought about.
Can these 25 VEDMURTIS - in taittiriya and also others be increased through through sponsarship programs.
    Saving the Traditions.
Choosing the right candidates, taking care of their remuneration and livelyhood from studentship for full life. Iam sure you must have looked at such options.

Namaste Guruji. Thank you much for the wonderful narration. Only one flaw i saw was that while defining Aporusheyatvam, you quoted Sri. Shankaracharya's definition of '...kartu asmaraNaM apouruSEyatavaM'. That is not correct. Even folklore literature have unbroken traditions and their authors are forgotten (asmaranam). Thus, this definition will cause ativyapti dosha. Correct definition one can find is in Sri. Madhvacharya's work. He defines as akartu prasiddhaM apouruSEyatvaM. Meaning, Veda have reputation of to be no author. Compare this with your definition of forgotten author.

Why vEda-s are called 'Veda' ?
Sri MadhvaAchraya-ji quotes pipplAda sruti --
nEndriyANi nAnumAnaM vEdA haivainam vEdayanti tasmAdAhuH 'vEdAH' -- iti pipplAda sruti
Sri. Jaya Tirtha (tIkAchrya of Madhva school) comments on this quote of Acharya and says --
    enaM paramAtmAnam.h | tasmAt.h vedanakaraNatve
    samAne.api asAdhAraNyena vyapadeshA bhavantIti nyAyAt.h
vishishhTavastuvedanakaraNatvAdeva hi etAn.h vedA ityAhuH |
term `enaM' (meaning 'this') refers to the Paramaatman. Therefore, although the property of informing (about something or the other) is common to the Vedas and other texts, it is because this Vedic text gives information about "Special Tatva",hence it is called `Veda'.
