My dental hygienist told me about Reflux Gourmet for my acid reflux, and it has helped a lot! Mine is so bad that it comes up through my nose. I tried the gum first. Just take it after you eat. It doesn't take great, but it's bearable and worth it.

I'm not sure but I think the bumpy nubs on the silicone wig grip is suppose to stimulate your scalp. Research that though to make sure. I have a clear one but haven't used it yet.

Oh, I have to keep things super sweet and sugar coated, for YT. Anyway, I have noticed even when some people are rude, uncaring and not giving two flying what haves…throwing back this same attitude apparently is not okay, even if you are checking someone for their rudeness, uncaring attitude and general could not care, about someone asking for help. I do not know if it is a generational thing or an individual thing…but personally, it is what keeps me from going out to restaurants, stores and other places, for my own mental health care…but No matter what, enjoy your life, in spite of someone else’s negativity or giving no cares what so ever about other people. Be better than that is all I have in my mind. Love your channel and love the wig install.
