- This recipe is for Lotus Biscoff lovers.
I love tiramisu and I love Lotus Biscoff. Those delicious flavours works absolutely great together.
Lotus is the coffee's favourite biscuit but together combined with tiramisu is heaven.
This time I choose to make tiramisu with whipping cream and I like it because after chilling time the cream is more stiff.
Don't be afraid to replace lady fingers with Lotus biscuits because is more delicious.

Lotus Biscoff Tiramisu | Classic Tiramisu | No Talking Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
• 250ml coffee/espresso + 30g sugar
• 250g Lotus biscuits
• 3egg yolks
• 80g sugar
• pinch of salt
• 2ml vanilla essence
• 300g mascarpone cheese
• 400ml whipping cream
• 30g powdered sugar
• cocoa power

How do you prefer your tiramisu? With egg whites or whipping cream? ☺☺
Sadly, I've only tried making Tiramisu with Whipped Cream but I'm pretty sure using eggs would taste better. Good job! 😍🥰
@@HomeCookingJourney I usually use egg whites because I don't like to throw them but the tiramisu is more creamy than the one with whipping cream.

Whip cream for me. I love this recipe. I never thought about adding biscoff in my tiramisu. You are a genius. I cant wait to see what else you come up with. As always, I look forward to your videos. I didn't expect to be good using lotus instead of lady fingers but I will use just lotus from now on. Is really delicious.
I'm trying using just natural light. Sometimes I don't have enough light and I have to keep low f 1.8 . Is definitely a nightmare with the light especially during the winter and when is raining. Thank for watching like always and for your lovely comment 🙂

Hmm, I didn't think about it cause I wanted to be more traditional 🤔 it is up to you. For me the biscuits between the layers was enough to fill the flavour. You can add some spread into the cream and see how it turns
