Is it really? In the attack with the "walls", you had to get hit 4 times, which would kill you at full HP in Snowgrave
Edit: You even got hit 5 times... that could possibly be reduced to 4, but not further (5:09)

If you talk to Swatch in the cafe after fighting spamton he explains where the body came from. He helped create it with the help of a lightner who "poured their hopes and dreams into it". I.e. its most likely Mettaton/Hapstablook/Nobody who made it on the paint-tool that swatch is and then it was either deleted or the file was corrupted.

I felt Spamton was a bit easy compared to Jevil.
Well, Sean tells you the secret boss of chapter 3 is unbeatable without an item (forgot its name). This item is in the game files and reduce damage taken by electric attacks by 50% (there are no electric attacks in the first 2 chapters)

not sure if this is good enough for its own video but during the Queen's boss fight (the one with berdly not the thrash machine) during the one attack where a bunch of twitter pfp's shoot words at you, one of the pictures is of Everyman's head, and it doesn't shoot any words. (Everyman is the guy in Reaper bird's attacks from Alphys' true lab, in case you didnt remember)
Everyman's head also appears in Jevil's fight (it sometimes replaces one of the duck heads in the carusol attack
Also, everyman can appear as a pop up in poppup's attack
Everyman graffiti also appears in the alleyway in the light world
I always think of everyman of a kind of "stickman" but for the monsters
pretty sure theres also a chance for at least one type of head during queens twitter attack to say "family", "guy", "funny", and "moments", tho im not sure if anyones ever managed to see all those words in exactly that order
I love how in this run, the pipis, which are usually one of if not the easiest attacks on SpamNeo, become basically rng run enders lol
They're still sorta dificult, at least on joystick
i still found them the most difficult attack at least when not doing the spam exploit, they do a ton of damage if you miss one
At least you can dodge them, the cars on the other hand are impossible

It just occurred to me that Spamton's heart attack isn't a heart. That's him probably imitating a soul, but it's attached to him by a string, just like the strings he is attached to.
Imagine Toby implementing a system that let's you turn your heart into the yellow one in battle, call it heart shot, and for every secret boss you defeat you get a new one, giving more than just a lore reason for their existence
I would love to be able to transform to Green or Yellow SOUL Modes on the fly
Even Blue and Purple could be fun for a challenge
that sounds like it could be a lot more work for basic enemies lol
There's 7 chapters and 7 soul colors. So since we saw determination and justice already for these shadow crystal boss battles, I imagine each new shadow crystal boss there will be a new soul color
You already get overpowered weapons and armor and also Jevilstail
7:40 is actually a pretty cool attack!
I doubt anyone would have been able to see it judging by the fact you can avoid it by shooting Spamton

Funny enough, I messed up and stopped shooting because I didn't realize Spamton was coming closer until that attack happened! I thought it was pretty neat and it caught be off guard
It's my favorite attack, the design of Spamton during it looks so awesome
Here's something fun I discovered.
If Susie has the DevilsKnife equipped, Tasque Manager will make a comment on it during one of their encounters.

What happens if you don't have any money and try to accept Spamton's final deal in the first fight against him?

@@MysticSlime yeah, nothing happens even though it says you get negative money from the fight. You still end up with 0 DD/Kromer after. There isn't any extra or changed dialogue either.
Here's a thing you may not have known:
If you in the same save file defeat BOTH secret bosses you will have 2 shadow crystals. At the end of the game when transporting queen and everyone else, go to Seam and talk to him. He will talk about the fact that the next hidden boss is gonna be REALLY difficult and the "shadow mantle" will be your one hope. The shadow mantle seems to be a weapon he makes with said shadow crystals. The weapon however he comments disappears. Asking if someone took it. Highly recommend checking it out.
Oh that's a good idea for a video! A lot of these things that people suggest to me seem like they're too obvious to make a video on but then I realize not everybody has seen them.
I wonder if someone did take it. Also I thought the shadow mantle was a piece of cloth not made of the shadow crystals.
@@justaguy3983 Seam does comment on the fact that it's cloth like, maybe he didn't make it from the shadow crystals and I'm dumb. He did say after talking to him again that your count of shadow crystals are still 2 so maybe I'm just dumb.

I just now realized something... when the text say "it pulls the strings and makes them a ring" .... Spamtons puppet strings are made of thorns, so the thorn ring is made of those same strings.

Could you make a video on the different titles Kris can have on the status screen? His normal title is "Leader" with the description "Commands the party with various ACTs." After Snowgrave (maybe also during, I haven't checked) his title stays the same, but the description changes to just "Commands".
I don't know how I got this, but in my Pacifist playthrough, Kris was "Bed Inspector" "Inspects all beds inexplicably." and during a playthrough I watched, Kris' title changed to "Moss Finder" after inspecting the moss next to the garbage can where you can buy the ThornRing in Snowgrave.
Also, Kris sometimes has a Dog in his Stats. You can trigger it by just changing the Status screen between him and the rest.
Edit: Just noticed that Susie's and Ralsei's title have changed, too after beating Chapter 2. Susie is "Healing Master" "Can use ultimate healing. (Losers!)" and Ralsei is "Hug Prince" "Receives and gives many hugs."

Despite Jevil being chaotic, Kris has the Determination to go through all the chaos.
Despite Spamton making [Unforgettable D3als] (And also Unforgiven at some points), Kris has the Justice to judge the deals and not taking it.
Not gonna lie, Toby Fox has made a really good connection to every step of the game, what could possibly go wrong now? We still have 5 souls left : Integrity, Kindness, Patience, Bravery and Perseverance. And with the next 5 Chapters, what bosses will we meet in order to get those souls?? What could be the problem in order for each of the souls should be the solution to it??

@@ballisticm0use72 I’ve always liked the idea of bosses you cant directly defeat, but they wear themselves out over time. They’d have to have a large variety of attacks though.
quick tip. you can heal everyone for 120 with the tea. just get the right type of tea. susie heals 120 to both kris and ralsei. ralseai heals 120 to susie. if im wrong buy one of each save and see what heals a person to 120. when you find the tee that heals 120. buy 3 of that type. go untill you have 3 for each person.
Susie heals 120 from EVERY tea but her own. She's just happy to have friends 😊
just a suggestion but could you cover the hacker's dialogue after the end of the game? it's not really lore heavy it's just funny because you can tell it's toby making fun of minecraft lol. (edit: he's located in the room that's on the first left upon entering the village)

Possible video idea: what happens if you try to buy the snowring with maximum cash? When you try to get it normally in a snowgrave run, it will always be one dark dollar more than what you currently have, so what if you end up having as much cash as you can carry?

I wonder if this'd be easier with Ralsei's FluffyGuard ability. It gives you two orbiting shields that block bullets, which could be useful for those unavoidable mail attacks.

I assume not, since they probably don't have anything coded in that lets them be damaged by yellow shots.
@@MysticSlime i mean light modding would change that and then just set the yellow shots to do a little bit of damage.... but the game might not take well to modding it might screw with it somehow, the game is DRM free though so that wont be an issue

I actually tried this, and it is sadly impossible, at least from many hours of my attempts. You have to heal with fried Pipis so much that you barely do any damage since you cant attack and heal on the same turn, and one of the harder pipi attacks will just kill you even at full hp.
@@MysticSlime have you tried using f1 for free healing and x2 slash in the same turn

I don't believe it is because it's a one on one battle with Kris, and some of Spamton's attacks just do way too much damage for you to handle, yes you can defend but you would have to do it so often and barely attack which would make the fight drag on until you run out of healing items.
I don’t think it’s possible. Kris would probably be down halfway through the attack with the bombs where it’s impossible not to have to shoot.

Idea for next vídeo: When you give Seam the 2 Shadow Crystals, he will tell you a bit about Spamtom, and the secret boss from Chapter 3
Nope, he talks about how you have another gem but that was invisible and also will question if you beated Jevil or not.
@@RafaPro44 He never questioned whether you beat Jevil in my playthrough. He just mentioned giving you the Shadow Mantle, and then couldn't find it, saying that the next battle would be impossible without it.

@@MysticSlime in the first column of the files with ch2 in them, you will see the numbers 1, 2 and 3. 2 is Susie and 3 is Kris. Replace either with 4 (Noelle).

So in snowgrave ending, there's dialouge for wearing Noelle's watch and dialouge for pressing right. What happens if you do both at once? (I.e. both wear the watch and press right)
Dialogue for pressing right? I know about the watch but not about pressing right
@@MysticSlime yeah. Press right [Edit: at any point before the first dialogue option] and Noelle will notice you from that instead of you saying anything. Press right again and she'll say something like "Don't come any closer!". The only way to exit that text is to press right a third time.

This is way easier if you just have better gear. Ralsei can easily heal 85 at this point and you can bring both jevil items into the fight using multiple saves to make it much easier.
Also bring better food! But juice heals 100, a mixed bag of Susie and kris tea heals 120, the spincake heals the whole party 140, club sandwich heals the whole party 70!
@@viviblue7277 He is only easy in pacifist. In my run (Snowgrave) you have to fight him solo (no ralsei or susie) and his attacks do double damage, He is several times harder than Jevil as a result.
K2ggers I actually fought him in snowgrave first and some quick points 1:his attacks don’t do double damage they just always do single target damage as Spamton NEO is always single targeting. 2: he is still easier than jevil because his attacks are on the whole easier to dodge and he dies way faster because of the sheer damage X slash does. 3 This video happened to be about the normal fight which is why I only addressed that.

Watching this, I noticed in his theme, along with the other tunes I recognized, that there's that scream sound from the Omega Flowey fight. That sound he makes when you use the fight button. It plays faintly in the song in certain places, like between 3:04 and 3:12

@@nikkle1337 ehh, you got blocking, and his attacks have a consistent schedule (in particular the walls you gotta watch out for). I think it's probably not impossible. Also worth noting that enraged spamton is a gradual process, he doesn't immediately switch to two shotting

I love how here: 0:55 the attack is timed on the music.
This is why at the start of the game I buy all the dark burgers I can and convert them to DD-Burgers at the bakery. Never running out of items that way

The Knight is also referred to by "it" and "they" by Queen.
It says "it makes them ring" because it's talking about pulling phone strings. Don't forget Spamton's story revolves around him having someone else fetch him phone calls.
On the other unrelated half I don't think you can really base your theories out of pronouns, of course it would've been a "they", giving information as little as the character's gender is enough to begin making theories.

For what I know the only vid showing it done in snowgrave is mine, with like 10 views, and its not even the full fight, so you could get views from it if you do it quick

This may be even more impressive than a no-hit with shooting. I dare you to try to do this in a Snowgrave run. I'm not sure it's possible.

So Artaeth mentioned that this boss fight design is a relic of Asriel working on the game in the librarby, right?
What if Ralsei is also a part of the game he was designing, making Ralsei a tutorial character and having him know everything. It would make sense since we've seen multiple times Ralsei knows more than he lets on to. I'm not sure of the best way to word this, but Asriel created Ralsei to mimic himself, the games creator knows everything about the game, so it'd make sense the games creator would pass on all his knowledge to the tutorial character.
If this theory was true and the dark world is actually a part of Asriel's game he was developing, (which honestly makes no sense, but hey maybe Toby could tie it together somehow), it would relate with the theme of Deltarune about how these characters and enemies inside Asriel's game have their own feelings, much like how us, the player, see the characters in Deltarune. Characters that have their own thoughts and feelings.

So we see that it's absolutely impossible to do this without taking damage, which is interesting... I wonder if you'd get any different dialogue at all doing this on top of a TP run and sparing him, probably not but you never know how crazy Toby is gonna be with that kinda stuff
