Finally… you do not know how hard the search is for an old game you didn’t remember the name of was. This was one of the best made smooth flash games that were so fun to play on mini-clip. Think I struggled to find it because you can find only the list of mini clip games they made but any games that were made by someone else wouldn’t be on that list even if it was hosted on mini clip.
To be honest the Biobot hadn't really a purpose. He was just a emotionless killing machine and I think he'd also kill the Zombotron 2 protagonist if he survived.
It had a ton of really unique mechanics especially for a Flash game. I particularly liked making elevators break by spamming the button and getting them to fall on top of zombies. The weapon variety was also really good.
Zombotron 1-a bio bot venture through the Cave and tunnel system of Zombotron planet, kill a giant dog like monster Zombotron 2- the Bio bot in the first Zombotron just casually continue to venture then a random spaceship crash down the planet into the Cave of Zombotron planet, the ceiling of the Cave and the escape pod fall onto the Bio bot, killed him and then a Space traveller (player) walk out and start to venture his way to fix the spaceship and escape this weird dead planet, at final stage he encounter a giant Robot and destroyed it then also kill the crazy scientist, when he finally came back to the Spaceship it's can't even be called a Junk anymore and the he was stuck for a very long time on the planet Zombotron 2: time machine (DLC game i guess)- The Space traveller (player) from Zombotron 2 has successfully recovered and fixed the ship but the fuel is missing so he went on to find any available Fuel source, he found the Fuel source but was occupied by group of Bio bot who was also getting some Fuel, the Space traveller (player) was then ambushed by a unexpected Bio bot and traped inside a cage with the smoke/gas get pumped in, he fell unconscious and was transported by that Group of Bio bot, Fina ambushed the Biot bots and saved us, Fina and her Dad fixed the Spaceship and activate warm up modes but the power generator burned, this force us to find other Power source, we load the Spaceship onto a Truck and began to drive to the Power station while being chased by the Giant Robot we thought we destroyed in previous Zombotron 2, we escaped it and got to the Power station but the Spaceship is damaged on the way, Fina stay and watch out for danger while her Dad fix the Spaceship while we go on to find the control room and see if the station is still working, and it was still working, when we head on our way back Fina contact us through radio and tell us to come back fast because they were under attack then her Dad was attacked then radio goes off, Space traveller (player) quickly head back through short cut and find out Fina dad is dead on the Truck, the Spaceship isn't a Spaceship anymore it's now a Machine and a Portal open inside which is the Time machine, Fina is nowhere to be found, if we doesn't enter the the Time machine and go to the left side of the screen we will find the Giant robot that were chasing us, killing it we will get an achievement, now when Space traveller enter the Time Machine the game end and left even more question than answer Zombotron (steam)-we start off the very similar in Zombotron 2, except we doesn't crash, we landed in and explore the environment of Zombotron planet, in the end when we came back to the space ship the creature we saved destroyed our Spaceship with a deformed pipe and we have to stay and fix the Spaceship, this suggest the Time Machine in "Zombotron 2: time machine" bought us to a different timeline of which the Zombotron 2 game take place, similar start and end with different event, result and source Zombotron reboot- we control the Bio bot like the first Zombotron game, similar start but we start empty handed and later find the pistol, the game contain many feature of Zombotron steam but simplified from Graphic quality to item buying mechanism, there is a Secret place of which i will not spoil you will have to find it yourself, the Secret place contain a Skeleton and if you loot that Skeleton you will find a deformed Metal pipe, the same one the Creature used to destroy our Main character spaceship in the end of Zombotron steam, suggesting the game might take place in a time after the end of Zombotron steam Hint: the secret place is located behind an Elevator on the right side of the screen but which level? Man i think the bio bot we control on the first zombotron is a rebel one because in the zombotron time machine we aways see the bio bots in groups so i think the bio bot of the firt is a rebel or it somehow as been lost from his group, but the theory of the rebel is better because in the reboot the name of chapter one is "in rush" that i think it means he is running from something and this can be the other bio bots or it means that he is trying to be fast i dunno. Just a theory but, man the lore of zombotron must be very big. Well lets see how anton(the creator of the game) will develop the lore.

I know that blue maximas flash point can be used, but I'm not sure that my old PC can run the game. emulator or the game in a fluid way In Summary It is not necessary to have a mega powerful PC to be able to run the Emulator and the game???
I'm not entirely sure but it's very likely that the creator ended up making it. I don't know if you know but he made 2 more games apart from the ones that appear in the video, one was for Steam and the other was for multi Devices including phones
